+ -1 moreMy retired mother hired Shae Decorating about a year ago, and she seemed happy as could be with their work, however, as the days grew longer, many visible streaks became visible on walls/ceilings. She contacted the owner, Rob, who came out about 8-9 months after work was complete. I wish he'd have said it too late, sorry, but he acknowledged the issues and said he'd be out over the next few weeks on a sunny day to rectify. Three months later, I called Rob who noted he was sorry, he had a family emergency, but would be out ASAP to correct. I get things happen, so I told him no problem, as long as it's addressed now. He guaranteed me it would be. Now, two months later, Rob doesn't even bother returning our call. Terrible customer service - if you say something is your problem, and promise to fix it ASAP..... you don't blow off the customer with lies for six months +.

+ 0 moreRob was extremely responsive to all requests and accomodated our timeline. The quote was very reasonable compared to others we received. He brought in a designer to help with color selection and got the entire house done on time. Everything was left clean and we were very happy with the whole process.
Description of Work: Interior painting. All walls and some ceilings for a 3,400 sq ft house. Also had a wall put up in the basement which was drywalled and primed.
