Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Chicgao

Description of Work: This outfit sent postcards and advertised heavily in the area for outdoor lighting services but when I called them for an estimate, they appeared not to want the business. After a couple of days someone called me back and proceeded to tell me how great the company was, how much he knew about outdoor lighting and that he could give me an estimate based on looking up our address on google maps. I never heard of bidding for a job looking at an aerial view of your property on google maps. I asked how he could give an estimate without coming out to look at our property and he indicated they do it a lot and just seemed very reluctant to have to come out. After 15 minutes of a one sided conversation, he then told me he would write up an estimate and email it to me. We never heard from him or the company again. We have since gone with another lighting company and are awaiting the installation.

Description of Work: We signed up for a 12 month warranty plan. The first visit was to get the whole system back to how it was when installed. All new bulbs, re directing of lighting. From 12 months past this first visit, the warranty covered replacement of any bulbs that went bad. 20 watt 12 volt quartz halogen. Replace every year to keep effect. Bulb service $10/light. $18/light: bulb, warrenty. $162 total They never came in a month of waiting so we canceled.
