+ -1 moreTerrible. We bought a house where they had installed a space pac in the loft, 4 years prior. The first year they came out to the house 5 times before fixing the issue. First they said it needed cleaning, then the motor was vibrating, then it needed a new motor. Cost about 2k in repairs. 2 years later, we have water leaking from the ceiling coming out of the AC ducts and they claim it is not the AC. After they came out I put paper down everywhere to see if it was the roof or the AC, definitely the AC. My neighbor also tells me that when the AC was installed, they were back a year later to fix it. They will come out to your house, fail to find the issue, clean the unit and charge you do doing so. They employ young inexperienced techs that have no clue as to what they are doing.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with Falcon HVAC Services. The techs were very professional and they took the extra step to make my furnace run effciently. I was able to get my heat back on within hours of calling. They have a very good way of explaining what they did and gave an extra step in explaining how important certain steps are needed for us as a customer to keep our furnace running in a safe and efficient way. Their costs are reasonable for the great customer service they offer. I highly recommend for my future needs in heating and air conditioning.
