+ -1 moreIt was terrific! I had a local guy come in who seems to do all the tanks in my unincorporated area. He was crabby and couldn't find the tank even though I am certain he has serviced this house for the last 25 years. As he was leaving without cleaning it out, he told me to have a bush removed and he would return before the end of November. I complained to a friend to told me to call Carl's. I checked Angie's List and there was the number with excellent recommendations. When I called for service, I told the woman at the other end of the line what I needed and to please send someone pleasant. She responded they did not have any unpleasant employees! She was right. Not only did they arrive within 30 minutes of their projected time, but they found the tank within 5 minutes and I did not have to dig up the bushes! They were efficient and answered all my questions about well and septic. It was a great experience and I will definitely be calling them back!
