+ -1 moreWhen I told him that I would like to get a quote to rebuild my deck as well as my front porch, he told me that they were very busy and didn't have time for little projects. He made this assessment before I even told him the size of the deck or gave him any specifics of what I would want done. I would suggest that they remove "decks & porches" from their scope of work if they don't even have time to provide a quote. I would not use them in the future and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

+ -1 moreThey provided a quick estimate, and were able to do the work within a couple of days. They procured all necessary materials and left the area perfectly clean of old wood. Excellent work!!.
Description of Work: Deck needed retaining wall repaired and replaced, including digging out and restructuring the limestone base under the deck.

+ 0 moreThe entire process was seamless. From start to finish, BXH was professional and over delivered on every commitment they made to me. From helping me pick out the design of my deck to cleanup after the work was done, every aspect of the job was fantastic. What was supposed to be a 2 week job, only lasted 1 week and a half. And none of the work seemed rushed or sloppy in any way. The price they quoted me was right on the money both budget wise and competitively. Because I did shop around and found their price to be very reasonable. But more than that, the representative from the company was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. Our deck looks absolutely amazing and I've had the pleasure of entertaining guests on our deck for this entire summer with nothing but compliments.
