Description of Work: They lifted the concrete driveway in front of the house and leveled it out.

+ -1 moreI am not happy with the overall apperance of the work. Jim was not forthright with me when he assess the project. The concrete slab around the tree cracked in two places (one is very bad) and then Jim proceeded to inform me the concrete was already cracked. That was not true. So I have two major cracks in that location and two hairline cracks on another slab.
Description of Work: My concrete patio needed six slabs raised. One of the slabs was incased by a tree and I was not informed this would be a problem to raise this slab.

Jim was honest and explained that it was a possibility. After careful consideration I allowed this company to do the work.
Description of Work: Front stoop and several sections of walk were raised.

+ -1 moreRon responded to our call for an estimate within a day. He followed up on the phone to be certain we'd rec'd it and did we have any questions. We were flexible about the time for the work to be complete, but he called back within a couple days to schedule at a time that was convenient for us. They showed up when they said and cleaned up after themselves. We'd hire Ron & his team again.
Description of Work: Ron and his team raised our concrete patio (approx 12'x10') so it would not be pitching toward the house and causing water to come in through the sliding glass door. They removed the old concrete filler we'd installed as a stop gap measure,drilled four holes and pumped their "goop" in to raise it up. They colored the concrete for the fill holes so it blends in with the existing concrete color.

+ -1 moreRon explained the process thoroughly & provided possible concerns about the job. Ron did all the measurements & provide literature on the process. The job took about 3 hours. The patch he used to cover the holes matched very well with the existing concrete. You can barely tell where the patch is. Would call them back for future mudjacking if needed.
