The workers left some concrete droppings in my yard and left a rough edge on the sides but they came back and fixed these things. The patio looks very nice and I am very satisfied with their work. I would recommend this company.

Had 4 bids to replace small concrete patio with larger, stamped one with a constrasting border. Coughlin Development beat all prices, but more importantly, was genuinely interested in doing the job. The other companies seemed to think the job was too small, overbid, or said they wouldn’t be available for several months. Jim and his crew were prompt and courteous every day, explained each step, were accomidating when I made a last minute change, and did a great job of cleaning up the work area each day. Our new patio is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and we have received lots of compliments. We would definitely hire Coughlin Development for any future projects.

Absolutely great experience. Needed broken slabs/steps torn up and replaced quickly due to putting home on the market. Jim returned my call same day, scheduled in the next couple days and had it completed within the week at a very fair price. Very highly recommend.

l had to have a horrible failed concrete drive torn out that I previously contracted through SM in ~ 2006. Jim Coughlin tore out that horrible mess, obtained all of the correct permits did everything perfectly and in an extremely timely manner. Now I have a great looking, HUGE driveway!!!
