I purchased a new home that came with a Home Warranty. Shortly after moving in, my kitchen sink started leaking and the Home Warranty Co. sent out a plumber from Major League. He was nice enough and on time, but did not completely fix the leak. He came out for a second attempt (this time 30 minutes late), and still did not resolve the issue. I then called the main office and asked them to send out someone different, which they initially agreed to do and said they would get back to me to set up an appointment. I never heard from them again. To be fair, after having some else look at the sink, we discovered 3 different leaks. Major League caught 2 of them. However, I have to give them less than satisfactory marks for (1) not being thorough enough to catch all the leaks, (2) being 30 minutes late for the second visit, and (3) not following through with sending a different plumber like they said they would. At least it only cost me the $100 deductible!
Description of Work: Attempted to repair a leak under the kitchen sink. Water was dripping from multiple locations, to include the supply line, drain pipe, and washer that seals drain pipe to bottom of sink.

We purchased a toilet and dishwasher from Lowes and this is the company they sent. On the first visit he installed the dishwasher and then informed us that he had another appointment and that he would have to come back another day to install our toilet. Two days later, he installed the toilet, but after he left I noticed that he had only installed one screw at the base instead of two. We managed to get him to come back out here 1 week later and he informed us that he only installed one screw because our flange was broken. He could not give me a straight answer when I asked him why he did not tell me this so that I could get it fixed before installing it. He said he could not fix it that day and left again! On his fourth visit to our home, he put the toilet in but did not make sure the toilet was functioning correctly. It wasn't. I finally had to get a refund and bring in another plumber.
Description of Work: Toilet and dishwasher install.
