Great! We have all Heating and Cooling work done by C & K both at our home and our parents. This includes new systems at both homes about 8 years ago and all subsequent servicing. They are not the cheapest, but they are very competent and responsive. I do not even consider calling anyone else.

The service went very well. Good guy came and explained the problem. Didn't gouge me or hit me up from junk I didn't need.

The new LENNOX SLP98V Variable-Capacity Gas Furnace, PureAire PCO 16-29 Air Purification System and icomfort Wi-Fi? Touchscreen Thermostat are installed and working! The new Lennox XC17 Air Conditioner and Sun Source Home Energy System are scheduled to be installed over the course of this week. The price/cost quote was the best -- not the lowest, but it was the most complete and competitive bid I've seen in a long time. C&K included all the "possible costs" that may be encountered and included ALL the work options in their quote. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

I have a contract with them that covers both visits. The price is reasonable and they are pretty responsive. They are good. I will continue to use them.

This is a rental house in a very nice neighborhood in O'Fallon, IL. Our property manager called and told us the A/C was not working. They called Pederson HVAC who said it would cost $3,600 to fix the A/C. We told the property manager to get us two more quotes. We got estimates from Garrett Heating & Cooling in Collinsville, IL ($1800) and C&K Heating and Cooling in Lebanon, IL ($800). C&K responded within a day and fixed the unit. It's been a month since the repair and there have been no problems. I did not rate the Quality or the Professionalism because I did not deal directly with them. I am extremely pleased that they fixed the A/C vice trying to convince us we needed a new system. The house and the A/C were only 5 years old when it stopped running. According to the repair invoice there was a refrigerant leak in the condenser. The repairman fixed the leak, recharged the system with refrigerant, then tested the system. It's worked fine since then.
