RedLine Home Inspection is owned and operated by Jeremy Rusher. He is a licensed home inspector in the State of Illinois and is a member of InterNACHI, International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Jeremy performs general home inspections for buyers, sellers, and homeowners that want to know about existing or potential problems with a home they are buying, selling, and/or currently living in. If you hire RedLine to perform an inspection for you and the home is in Bloomington/Normal, ask about a Special Offer! If you go with RedLine for a pre-list inspection and you buy a house in the coverage area, ask about a package deal and hire RedLine for your buyer inspection! RedLine requires payment the day of the inspection or before. RedLine accepts credit, cash, or check. We prefer cash or check.

RedLine offers general home inspections for buyers, sellers, and current homeowners. We offer radon testing through another company. If you request a radon test with your home inspection RedLine will set that up for you. You will also recieve a discounted price on the radon test!!

Services we don't offer

RedLine does not offer mold, lead or asbestos testing. RedLine can generally identify the possibilty of the presence of these materials and suggest a test to positively identify that these are present in the home. RedLine does not offer well or septic inspections.
