+ -1 moreWe couldn't get into e-mails or print them. Pop-ups crowded up the screen. The internet would lock up and we had to shut down. Ned was here for two hours He cleaned up both computers and had them both running like new. He knows his stuff! Knowledgeable, informative and cost efficient. He will be our go to guy.
Description of Work: Trouble shot and found over 800 virus's. removed them on both desktop and laptop. downloaded new software to both.

+ -1 moreI love him. I have been using him for about 3 years and he has always been good. He knows his stuff and get his stuff done quickly. He is always prompt about returning calls and even trys to help over the phone to save us a service charge if he can.
Description of Work: He completely set up some new programs in my computer and cleaned it out. He also set up a whole new printer and set it up so we can print to it wirelessly from all of the computers in our home.
