Mark IV Landscaping

Drains didn't work. Instead of hydro-seeding, he put down some sort of straw with grass seed. My yard was a mud field for a month. Third time he came out, he installed one more drain, leveled the lawn and sodded. He complained that his profit on this job was gone.

They were fine. He was just very pleasant. He was a very nice man and a very good owner. We just didn't go with them because his price was different than the other one.

We were experiencing water propblems at my wife's business. After any type of rain we experience standing water. We had Mark IV come out and take a look at the problem. As it turns out, there are some larger issues at play that go back to when the building was originally built and the elevations were originally recorderd. As a result, we needed to handle the project with our local municipality and did not need to use this companies services. I can tell you they were quick to return our intitial call and schedule a meeting to see our situation. The estimator was neat in appearence and very knowledgable. I would definately give this company opportunities to bid future work.

He is absolutely fantastic. He re-graded and sodded swale. I have a wetland area in the back of my property and the farm. The water runs like a river. The swale keeps it off the property. Mark gives 110% to his customers. He can tackle what others can't with total efficiency. He is honest, straightforward, and reasonably priced. He offers a variety of landscaping needs. He really likes the challenging jobs.

I have a wetland in the back of me and they had to put in a swale. I called different places and nobody knew what a swale was. I called him, but didn't know if he would come out because he was in Illinois. He came out and fixed it. He likes to do things that are different from other landscaping. He did a good job. I am planning to use him this year to check the pitch and re-sod. I was very happy with the work.
