I can't say enough great things about Creative Custom Cabinets. Our projects for John were likely more complicated than the average. We live in a mid century modern home and hired John for 2 projects. One was to create a built-in credenza to match the original cabinets in the kitchen. He nailed it! The finished product looks perfect, and people think the credenza he built for us in 2021 is original to the house. The floating credenza was installed perfectly level and he did an excellent job with installing the hardware as well. Our home has dormer doors which are used for ventilation. The original doors were failing and John remade them. The fit and finish of the new doors are perfect. In fact, the wood he used is better than the original, so they should last even longer. John's craft in carpentry is a true work of art. If you hire him, I am sure you will be impressed with his knowledge of wood species and the respective pros and cons of the different types of wood depending on the application. He is always on time (he often comes early in fact), and he cleans up after the work is complete so you barley know he was there. We look forward to working with him in the future.

John and his group did a very good job of putting a new front on a kitchen cabinet drawer. We gave him an example of the color and style and the new front matched very closely. He is also very pleasant and responsive and I would definitely use him again.

John is an upright and outstanding man... He never stops until the job is done. His dedication and crew helped me to remodel my mothers home. He picked up the materials and all of the cabinets that I had ordered while abiding by all of the covid rules and guidlines of my home and the establishments in which we had to do business with. He worked with me and helped me to draw up the plans for the project even when I was out of town. I am very thankful for his hard work and attention to detail that is now allowing my family the opportunity to live, cook and relax in comfort!!!

Great look, installation of flooring leveled, toilet, shower with tile/mosaic, sink, mirror. Overall great job, improvement needed on finishing touches. Love the view otherwise.

The owner John Mix and his assistant installed hardwood floors in my living and dining rooms. John arrived on time each day and keep the workspace neat and clean. John went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased with his work. He’s very knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions along the way to ensure that floor would be pleasing to the eye and installed correctly. You can tell that John takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to use his services for future projects.

John is the ultimate professional. He is passionate about his work and was especially detailed and communicated with us every step of the way. The cabinets he built for us are high quality and his workmanship and customer service is unmatched. The cabinets not only look good - they are functional with extended pull out drawers. We are looking forward to working with him on other projects.

I was asked by the company to a give a review, but after I saw what was to be corrected, I said that I would after the corrections were made. It is apparent the corrections are not going to be made, therefore here is my review. The reason I rated this company “C” is because he did not correct the work he said he would. There are several thing that were not done correctly - 1. Shower door was not put on correctly 2. Tile on bathroom wall is missing 3. Toilet not installed correctly, now it is moving 4. Closet door removed and not reinstalled 5. Poles on deck not installed completely 6. Several pieces of material that I purchased were taken 7. Water is leaking in basement from shower installation. (This was noticed after the job was completed and after the texts were sent) 8. Screw on medicine cabinet need to be replaced; a black screw instead of silver 9. Ceiling needs painting where lights were installed Here is the text that I sent on 9/10/20 - I would like to know if and when you are coming to my house to 1. put the shower door on correctly 2. put up the tile that you didn’t install 3. put my closet door back up in the bathroom 4. finish the deck(with the poles you were to put on) and 5. install the blinds in the basement Please let me know when you will be completing these projects This text was sent 9/18/20 - I would like to know when you are going to complete the above projects If you are not going to do it, please let me know This was the response I received the same day - I’ll give you exact date tomorrow I’m just closing out a few things sorry for the delay This text was sent 9/21/20 - I still have not heard from you. Just let me know if you are going to perform the projects that you are supposed to do No response received It is apparent that the company is not going to complete the work. I paid in full the price of the contract with the assurance that the above mentioned projects will be completed.

I love my new hardwood floors, they look great! The installers work fast and were very neat.

That job that was done, which was a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, was unbelievably "MAGNIFICENT"!!!...Inclusive of Superb quality detailed work, punctual timing, very inexpensive pricing!!!...I am truly in awe, happy and elated, I'm in "HEAVEN"!!!🌈
