+ -1 moreIf you need a pad for your garbage cans or maybe a dog run give them a call. Anything else check elsewhere. Poured a front porch for me. Most of it on a foundation but not the first step. Poured that on the SIDEWALK! First winter snapped off like a twig. Figure another winter or 2 I'll be able to stick my hand in the Crack, which is 7 feet long all the way thru the step. First porch lasted 70 years, this one 8 monthes. His attitude and 40 years experience adds up to one heck of a shoemaker

He was very concerned about getting the patio done right and not destroy my lawn in the process. Brian kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend!

All work was executed as contracted. Brian problem solved when needed and improvised when requested. A consummate professional.

Description of Work: Initially, Mr. Caputo told me he would be around for all phases of the work. Generally speaking, the initial work was done well. However, there was a two hour delay in getting the cement which pushed the completion to late afternoon. Being summer and prone to storms popping up, the work had only been completed for 15-20 minutes when a downpour came up. The men tried their best to cover the cement, but the rain was too much for the gutters and the water overflowed. This left pitting in the driveway. I tried to get Mr. Caputo to come and see the damage so that he could give me some idea of what could be done. Instead, he sent out workers to "patch" the pits. I was not even aware they were out there working, even though I was home at the time. The patch work was really bad, and after this winter, the patches have broken off and we're back to square one. I am not saying that the damage was done through the fault of the company or workers, but I would have liked the owner to have personally come back to assess the damage and somehow correct it. I paid a lot of money for something that looks bad as my guests enter my home. I also remember asking Mr. Caputo to seal the concrete for an extra cost. This was not done. Thank you

Description of Work: I gave an f grade because I didn't appreciate how he handled my request for service. I was first told I would be accepted as a customer for snow removal, was instructed to call later to get all information. I called at least 2-3 Times asking to at least get back with me. I felt it was rude, unprofessional and discourteous his lack of response,if he had no intention of doing it in the first place, just say so and don't waste my time!

+ 3 moreHe came out and gave me an estimate the week before my work was done. He got my permit, and they started working right away. The crew were polite and professional. They finished the job on time and even replaced the borders with sod. 2 of my neighbors also hired them for concrete work after they saw what a great job they did on mine! I'm very pleased with the quality work they did on my concrete, especially after the cold snowy, winter we had. They didn't leave until they finished and it was immaculate! They also plowed my driveway for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again when I do my patio.
