First of all what you need to know is that this is not just power washing your driveway. Their process uses an extensive amount of enormous power equipment along with a pre-soak of the driveway, a soap type product that actually washes the driveway, and at that point they use their extensive and professional equipment to loosen all of the dirt and grime From the concrete lift it up and wash it away. If people are quoting you power washing, you will not be getting what these people provide. I have a very extensive driveway and they made it cleaner than I have ever seen before. Donâ t be fooled by someone that wants to power wash your driveway. This is a complete process that will clean and wash your driveway like youâ ve never seen it before. I would recommend them every time.

Extremely courteous and thorough! We had Simmons soft wash the home before a full house paint. They worked with our schedules and made sure they left enough time for proper drying. They were concerned about our pets and gardens, and were timely on their arrival and completion of the project. Andrew Simmons was referred by a neighbor who was happy with his work. I had Simmons Powerwash my paver bricks, (along driveway and backyard patio) clean out the joints, fill the joints with polymeric sand and seal everything with a matte finish. It was estimated theyâ d need 3 consecutive days weather permitting. Due to excessive heat and heavy rain it was necessary to wait a few days to complete the sealing. Andrewâ s quote was fair, and he explained the process so I would know what they be doing each day. I got my quote on Friday and the job started the following Monday. Andrew and his co-worker Matt were prompt each day arriving when they said they would. They were careful moving plants and patio furniture not to harm anything. Andrew was careful to make sure everything was properly cleaned and dry and ready for the next step. He made sure every joint was filled and no gaps remained. He was careful to ensure the sealer covered every brick and joint. I highly recommend Simmons Power and Soft Wash.

Simmons Power & Soft Washing did an excellent job, and Adrew was a pleasure to work with! Our light gray vinyl siding was in need of cleaning for the first time since our house was built 23 years ago, especially on the north side where algae tend to build up.
