Just wanted to do a quick shout out to Andrew at Simmons Power Wash! Long story short because we had no grass as a new build I had to water like crazy, and as most of you know our water in McHenry is VERY hard here and it left hard water spots all over my vinyl siding. I went through 4 different companies who all tried actual power washing and different chemicals with no luck unfortunately. When I found Andrew we did a different approach and he actually hand washed it and brushed it, as well as we hooked up to my water softener as well. Andrew spent over 5 hours here and happy to report he got it all the hard water spots off. He even came back a second time for free as a few spots needed a little more TLC after everything dried. I canâ t recommend him high enough, he truly goes above and beyond for his customers, you wonâ t be disappointed!

Andrew was knowledgeable about the process and explained it well to us. House looks so much better after a proper cleaning. He was prompt on showing up on time or letting us know if his timing had changed. Easy to get ahold of also. Would recommend him highly.

The owner of the business, Andrew, is excellent with communication. He kept in touch with me through the day of my project, which was no easy feat. I am a new homeowner and the house had not been maintained since who knows when, and Andrew and his team did not rest until the job was completed to my satisfaction. He will only do what you want for the project. His expertise about his trade is obvious when he discusses the many options he can offer you. He is professional and excels at what he does.

I had Andrew come out to clean up our cement sea wall, and our wooden docks. I get nervous when people use high pressure on wood, but itâ s obvious he knows what heâ s doing. It was a big job but he was in and out in a couple of hours. Money well spent!
