+ 2 moreI am an active real estate investor and I am very particular with my rolodex. Precise Construction has worked on varying aspects of my past 5 projects and they are now at the point where they are a turn-key team from demolition through addition, to having the project ready for roofing. All of my projects are on pier and beam foundations and PC has demonstrated an uncanny ability to match new additions to 60 year old existing homes. Rough carpentry is a no-nonsense, do it right and get it done skill that is difficult to find in the local market. I appreciate that PC brings the team, the tools and the attitude to each job and although they are very friendly and approachable, they are all business, which means I get a great value for my money.
Description of Work: Precise Construction has done site excavation, demolition, pier pouring (digging, rebar, concrete), and rough framing.
