About 4 years ago, I was having issues with the units. It turns out that during the installation they didn't change the air lines, but kept the old ones that were 27 years old. These lines were not the correct fitting & old and damaged the coil in the unit. They would not take any responsibility for the broken coil, so I had to take him to small claims court. He would not show up to court but when he finally did I won. I do not trust Weather Experts.

They did good work and did it fast. They kept the house clean and they cleaned up all of the dust that was kicked up. He also wore those little booties over his shoes so as not to track dirt all over the house.

I MADE AN APPT. WITH THEM 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, AND TOOK TIME OFF WORK. I WAS TOLD THE APPT. WAS FOR 8 AM. THE APPT. WAS CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE APPT. A NEW APPT. WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR A WEEK AND IT WOULD BE BETWEEN 8-12 IN THE MORNING. MY SCHEDULE IS TOO TIGHT TO WAIT THAT LONG AND TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF WORK. I GUESS THEY HAVE MORE BUSINESS THAN THEY NEED, SO I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY. AT LEAST THE SCHEDULER CALLED TO CANCELLED.

EXCELLENT JOB REPLACING OUR OLD AC UNIT. AS WITH OTHER QUOTES, THE ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS FOR THE AC UNIT WITH THE PROVISION THAT THERE ''MAY BE ADDITIONAL COSTS'' NEEDED TO GET THE NEW UNIT INTEGRATED INTO THE EXISTING SYSTEM. FORTUNATELY, THE UNIT WENT IN WITHOUT ANY ADD-ON CHARGES. BRIAN DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING AND CLEANING UP WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 4 YEARS, AND DURING THAT TIME I HAVE FOUND BRIAN'S WORK, ADVICE AND EXPERTISE TO BE FLAWLESS.
