We hired Turf Industries to install brand new sprinkler system instead of the old one that was not working for years. Our new system has 14 zones. The work was done in one day. Highly professional and reliable. Excellent quality. The crew was here 15-30 min before the agreed start time and worked without interruptions till the project was completed. On my request, they installed the controller that I bought on my own. In the end of the day, the system was tested and demo to me. Everything worked. Two days later my controller burned and stopped working. I ordered and received a new controller over the mail. Then I called Dean asking for help. As the controller was mine, he did not provide warranty for it. Nevertheless, he sent a crew next day to install the new controller at no charge. The service, quality, promptness have well exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the company.

Dean was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. He came out and presented a quote, then came back to answer additional questions that we had. The crew was prompt and professional. Mary is always pleasant whenever I call. I just wish we would have taken a little more time to discuss placement of the spigots. We were not asked about the placement of the zone boxes and I would have moved one to a more hidden area.

Great. Happy with the work, although I wish they would have consulted me before the placed boxes and spigots. I would have preferred different locations that were less noticeable. We recently had trouble with the rain sensor and since we were still under warranty, they replaced without any issues.

We are very pleased with them. I have not gotten the bill yet. They certainly are an A.

Great! His crew finished the job in 2 days, just as promised and you couldn't even tell they had been trenching. The remarkable part was that they went under our brick driveway and brick entryway and it looks perfect. Woke up the next morning to the beautiful sound of the sprinklers watering our plants. No more hauling hoses! This company is the best!!!

Fast response to inquiry and timely appointment to discuss needs and costs of system installation. Paperwork and JULIE preparations completed before installation. Work completed in one day as promised. A few minor issues after installation were taken care of promptly.

Went very well. Team was courteous and helpful. Dean was great to deal with. My father used them about 12 years ago and I took the referral from him. Would refer them for irrigation system work in the future as well.

They installed it late fall last year and turned it off. Over the winter it was unused and then they came and turned on the water again and everything is operating now. They didn't charge to come out and turn it back on last month.

Dean, the owner came out to give us an estimate. He came in the evening to show us how the lighting would look; great to have a visual reference. He offered recommendations but did not push us to buy more lights but I ended up adding a few more. We had several companies offer quotes and his pricing was comparable. We rec'd a discount by doing the lighting and sprinkler system with him and we even got to use an Angie's list discount. The sprinkler system and lighting was installed in one day. We did have a little problem with the timer on the lights but Dean came out right away and fixed the problem. I would recommend them. The only issue was getting on the schedule. The earliest appointment was 6 weeks after we agreed for them to do the work. If you think you want to do this, make sure to schedule asap.

Turf Industries schedule us in 3 weeks ago and said they would be there on the 29th with a full crew to knock out our job in 1 day. When you look at the job plan we gave Dean and his crew I was surprised when they stated 1 day. True to their word they arrived at my home at 8:00 and went over their plan to supply water to the entire yard and beds. After an hour of digging (70% was HAND dug) their plumber arrived and researched the plumbing supply and came to get my opinion. At round noon the plumbing was completed, all of the lines were lain and they were doing wiring. At 2:00 the job foreman came to the door to inform me they were almost done and he wanted to completely demonstrate the system. It was unbelievable, the coverage of the entire lawn and all beds was demonstrated completely. What made our particular installation unique and a bit more complicated was that we have an 8 zone outdoor lighting system, a pool with gas and electric, a pool shed with electric and some trees in the middle of the yard. NOT ONE issue was encountered with the installation. All I can say to close this review out is that we took 4 bids, Dean was NOT the least expensive nor the most expensive, what Turf Industries was to my project was good and accurate in what they said they were going to do and most of all they were extremely interested to make sure I was happy. A GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK!!! Anyone interested in getting a true non bias opinion/recommendation should contact Dean and Turf Industry's to get my contact information. I am a straight forward person and I call them exactly the way I see them!! Being treated like a valued customer is the way Dean and his company do business. Thanks again Dean and team!

They installed sprinkler system for us. They were a really good service provider. They actually did the work for as a subcontract for another company because the other company was not really capable of doing the work. They were outstanding.

They were absolutely outstanding! The gentleman showed up fast and did everything he promised to do. He over exceeded our expectations with the quality of the work he did.

They're professional, prompt, and are flexible with scheduling. They're helpful in sending reminder cards.

Fortunately we did find two other very responsive companies one of which did the reconfiguration and who now has our business. I cannot recommend this company even for routine maintenance based on our experience last spring.

The job was completed in one day. The system included a central control station installed in my attached garage and a wireless rain detector which disables the system when there has been enough rain. They warned me that my yard would be torn up during the installation and they were accurate. However the extensive trenching required was completely restored and it was difficult to detect where they had worked. It was amazing to see the crew complete so much work so efficiently. The system included new plumbing inside the house to provide proper water pressure and flow to the outdoor system. That part of the job required significant ingenuity to work around the interference of various other home systems. It was a pleasure to watch the smooth completion of that phase of the work. The crew leader carefully explained and demonstrated the proper operation of all parts of the system and left me with detailed written instructions to improve my understanding. The cost included two years of shutdown and startup service. This Fall's shutdown was completed in a professional and courteous manner.

They were great. They did a first class job. First of all, the guys worked very hard but they took great care to lay out the system properly. You could tell they did. They have done their measurements. The owner of the company was there everyday. It was a 3-day job and it was a pretty big job and he was personally making sure that things were up to his standard. They had a high quality plumber come in to do the work, connecting the lines in. It wasn't just one of their regular guys digging holes. That was very specialized. They went out of their way to let us know what was happening and they cleaned up everyday after they were done. I could not even tell that they had been there. I highly recommend them.

Dean came out to our house and was very personable and knowledgable especially regarding plant care and what was wrong with our current system and the specifics of what his company would do to fix the problems. He told us he was the best in the industry and refered us to other industry leaders like JM, Newman and American National to get other bids. That was the last we heard from him. I called him a few weeks later and he said he has been busy and assured me he would get a bid out to me within a week which never happened. We were told by one of the company's he refered us to get another bid from, that by having us call other company's Dean probably had no intention of working on our "complicated" irrigation system. I was skeptical hearing this from this other company so I contacted Dean again asking him specifically why he was not responding back and if he had any intention of getting back to us or doing the job. To date he has not responded to my phone call or email.

Crew arrived on time. Very professional and extremely easy to work with. Dean, the owner, was also on the job to determine the amount of zones to be sure all areas would be watered properly. Installation went great. Upon completion the foreman on the job was extremely thorough in explaining the operation of the new system and the crew cleaned up when they finished. We have been a customer of this company for 28 years. We had a new system installed due to work performed on our house destroyed the old system. The new system is great and modern technology has made the new sprinkler system easy to operate. I would recommend Turf Industries for all your lawn irrigation needs.

Past services were OK - the woman that was answering the phone at the time I contacted them for the fall shut -off was not too personable and is the primary reason I switched to another company.

After receiving a few outrageous quotes from other companies, I contacted Turf Industries, and I'm very happy that I did. Dean came out to my house, listened to what I wanted, and clearly explained all of my options. He quoted me a very fair price for the job and explained exactly what he would deliver. The crew he sent out to install the system completed their work in one day. They were polite and respectful. The dug up my yard to install the system, but by the time they left, I could not detect where they had been digging or working. They efficiently installed the system and left everything as it was when they arrived. The crew chief then showed me how to operate the system and demonstrated how each watering zone worked. During installation, Dean stopped by just to make sure the job was going well. I have had a few problems since installation (a stuck sprinkler head and leaky connection), but Turf Industries was quick to send someone out to fix the problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Turf Industries for anyone considering an irrigation system. I felt very comfortable with their experience and personal touch.

They refused to give a written contract to us. They put the work in late, never completed the work to this day!! We are STILL out trees that are dead, missing, we still are waiting for our fountain and stepping stones that we have already been paid for!!!! We paid him $20,000 up front for this project. They gave us a 3 year deal where they would come back and replace anything that needed to be replaced. They have yet to do anything they have promised. Please do not your guard down with this company!! Dean Garnot, the owner, is a liar.
