They are very good at responding to emails and calls. The owner usually calls me back to explain. They don’t use organic materials but are really good about letting me know ahead of time when they are coming to make sure the dogs and kids don’t go out to play. I have recommended them to a lot of people.

Turf Guys calls a day or two ahead of the lawn treatment date and leaves message regarding the type of scheduled treatment. They also let us know if the lawn needs to dry afterward or if/when the dogs and kids can play on it. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive to our needs.

We've been using the Turf Guys for two years. They handle all fertilizer and weed control for our landscaped yard as well as shrub and tree care. We have found them to be very responsive to our requests and they have helped us maintain a great lawn.

This is now the third year I'll be using Turf Guys and couldn't recommend them more. I think they come out four times a year. It was a night and day difference after a season of using them. Did the Scotts thing myself prior and for some reason my lawn never looked very good. The guys that come out are always professional and they are always helpful and friendly when you call them.
