Many delays in starting the project due to TR SCAPES being busy with other projects. (4 months). Installation of brick patio was done without correct pitch to slope water away from house. Every time it rains the water puddles in several areas over the patio including areas close to house foundation. First rain was about a month after job was completed. Contacted TR Scapes 11/2010 with no response. Front door stoop collapsed in late June 2012 due to improper installation. TR Scapes, Sylvestre Ruiz (Sly) came to review the work per our phone request on 7/1/12. He offered to drill holes in the patio to allow water to escape which was not acceptable. They took no responsibility and would not honor the 10 year labor warranty stated in the work contract. We filed a BBB claim in August 2012 and TR Scapes did not respond to BBB. 2/2013 we filed a complaint in small claims court Will County & won a judgement from TR Scapes for $4200 on 5/14/13, regarding work done on the patio. The company has made no effort to pay the judgement. We filed for a disclosure of assets hearing which was held on 10/28/13 in Will County court. We are scheduled to return to court on 11/25/13 per judge request, ordering TR Scapes to bring payment. I've been a member of Angie's list for many years. How did this company make your list? I'm wondering what the vetting process with Angie's list. We are considering dropping our Angie's list membership due to this disappointing situation. Pictures available
