Work was done very well with a good crew. My biggest issue is that it took a very long time to schedule the work. I signed and emailed the contract on June 18th and the work wasn't completed until August 6th. I also had to keep following up to get the work scheduled. At the end, the company did a good job and also gave me a credit for window washing. The pricing was competitive but I felt I was being strung along. Out of frustration, I had to threaten that I was going with another company even though the bid was higher. In conclusion, they can easily fix these issues by ensuring followup with prospective customers after providing a quote and being honest as to how long it will take them to schedule. I will try them again in a couple of years and see if things have changed.

Excellent. Chad was responsive, knowledgeable, and very honest / forthcoming. I was looking at purchasing a house that Chad inspected for me. I was impressed with his assessment. He went above and beyond by making recommendations about how I can maintain the cedar shake roof moving forward. After I purchase this house, Chad and the Shake Guys will be my first call to maintain my roof moving forward. Thanks, Chad! Impressed.

They were punctual, accommodating, responsive, professional, and very clean. Josue, the PM was very helpful and here 90% of the time. Chris, our salesman, was also responsive and informative. 0 friends Shake Guys is just completed my new composite shake roof. I have been very happy with the whole process and dealing with Chris, Connor, Drew and Alfonso. The guys worked long and hard in extremely rough conditions as we have had snow that was not expected. They thoroughly covered the roof each night and did section by section so the roof was not open to the elements. I found them EXTREMELY responsive to any call I made and they were a PLEASURE to work with! Very thorough, quality work, and very attentive to details - they also stand behind their promise to fix anything that was accidentally damaged. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a new roof!
