Tremendous experience. The Shake Guys replaced our cedar shake roof with DaVinci composite. Chris Paulus was our main contact and he was professional, courteous, responsive and honest. We had issues with a prior roofer and had to change course part way through the project. The Shake Guys took over and put all of our concerns to rest. I canâ t say enough positive things about this company and the way they conduct business. The crew handled our roof in five days. They worked extremely hard and long hours. The crew genuinely like each other and had fun while they were working. There was a job supervisor on hand to address any questions or issues throughout the job. In addition, Chris Paulus and other personnel would regularly stop by to survey the job progress and lend another set of eyes on the project. It gave us great comfort that so many roofing professionals were checking in on our job. The clean up at the end of each day was exceptional. The Shake Guys use a trailer to remove debris, so you donâ t have a dumpster sitting in front of your house- a nice touch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair. Absolutely top notch and a really pleasant experience.

Good workers who cleaned up everyday

Shake Guys is the company to call for a Cedar Shake roof replacement. They are very professional from start to finish. The installers cleaned up daily, and did a beautiful job with our new roof. Our salesman Mike Nelson is second to none. He went beyond our expectations to help us with our insurance company. His knowledge of cedar shake roofing sold me on your company. The Shake Guys are true professionals! Our new cedar roof looks amazing! From start to finish, everything went as scheduled. We can honestly say this is an impressive company. We now have a new shake shingle roof/gutters and our home looks fabulous. The Shake Guys (Chad and Chad) professionally explained all details and steps in the process and worked well with our insurance company. The workmen were courteous , careful of our property and landscaping, and did a fine job of clean up everyday. Supervision was on site everyday. The Shake Guys did a very good job repairing and sealing the roof in my home. The crew arrived on time and completed the work as promised despite the bad weather we were having. I was concerned that the rain had washed away the chemical applied to the roof so I called the company and the following day someone came to inspect the roof. The person assured me that it was fine but he noticed that some of the chemical had washed off onto my windows so he took the time to clean them. I am very happy with the work done and specially with the customer service provided. It is a pleasure to work with a company that listens to the customer and follows through with their promises.

One year ago we had your roof repair and sealed. In the process of selling we to do a few minor repairs on your cedar roof. We set up to have Chad come over to look at the repairs and set up a time when they can do the repairs. After looking at what was needed to be the done Chad told me he could do the repairs at that moment. After an hour of his time he told me that there would be no cost for the repairs. Even though this was not something that was their doing they still will take care of their customers. Thanks again Shake Guys and Thanks Chad for your help.

A very professional and courteous company. My contact Dallas Prince was so great. He made me feel totally comfortable and was a very good communicator. The repair and cleaning was superb. My roof looks 20 years younger. I would not hesitate to use this company for shake roof work.

Dallas and Josue Patlan were my contacts with the Shake guys and they both were very responsive and made sure I knew what was happening when. The roofers took care of my outside to make sure it was cleaned daily and that my plants and windows were cared for as well. I was very pleased with the workmanship of the roof.

Shake Pros installed a new shake roof on our home and did an excellent job in every respect. The new roof looks fabulous and they were able to achieve that outstanding result on a challenging project with very steep angles, all the while protecting the landscaping. They also replaced the roof, siding and gutters on our son's home, again doing an incredible job. We highly recommend this firm! Their work, their response to questions or concerns and overall customer service and satisfaction are superb!

Absolutely the best service and follow through ever. From the first call from Chad T., every deatil was explained and Chad was on top of every event in the project, and worked closely with the insurance company. Job was completed on time and quality of workmanship was perfect, and they cleaned up after themselves every day leaving no litter or mess.

It was a great experience, nobody ever wants to replace a roof but working with him made it much easier. Every aspect of the process was great, he showed up on time, gave me a written estimate and gave good advise on improvements to make to the roof. They cleaned up every night making it nice to come home to. It couldn't have been a better experience working with the company.
