Great work.

Shake Guys is a great company to do business with! They are prompt and timely with their service when it comes to scheduling. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat and I would recommend them over any other Cedar Shake roofing company or Shake restoration in the Metro area. We have used several in the past. One of the things that sold me on the Shake Guys that others did not do, is that they would do minor repairs before restoration. They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. Also, the outside of our home is cleaner now than it was before they came! This was our first time using the Shake Guys after many have recommended them.Their employees were polite, well dressed and used safety harnesses! Their trucks and equipment were in excellent condition which gave me confidence. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or preserved.

Shake Guys replaced my entire cedar shake roof with DaVinci Bellaforte composite shakes. I could not be more pleased with the final product and the entire experience. Shake Guys replaced the entire roof in 3 days. Their customer service and workmanship was top notch. My entire house was spotless when they left on the third day. After some research online I decided to call The Shake Guys to get an estimate for a new roof. From the initial call with Ryan, the experience with Shake Guys was the best I've had with any other service provider. And that covers a lot of years as a homeowner and business owner! Ryan was always responsive and led/assisted with the process from estimating to job completion. Responsiveness and communications were great. The ability to explain and educate us on the various components of the process and the project was great. We were actually thinking that everything was going so well during the lead up to the actual work that something was bound to go awry. It did not. From the team that dropped off the supplies to the team that cleaned up once the job was complete all was stellar. Even the 'subs' used for gutters and skylights were top notch. I called The Shake Guys because I found some cedar shakes on the ground from the roof of the former White House Inn following a storm that occurred several weeks ago. I was totally impressed with Chad and all the members of the crew that came to do the repair. Their promise of calling back within 24 hours of my leaving my initial message actually happened! Chad came out the next day to review the storm damage. I was totally impressed by his attitude and work ethic about such a small job. The roof was repaired within 48 hours of my making the call! Shake Guys replaced the roof, copper hoods, skylight and gutters. Chad, Josue and the entire construction crew were professional, punctual, responsive and provided quality workmanship. The roofers worked very hard and put in long hours and the crew cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day. The roof looks great, the project went smoothly and everyone was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our roof, gutters and skylights replaced by Shake Guys Roofing and couldnâ t be happier. We have a fairly complicated roof with high pitches. The work done was really a work of art. Chad and the contruction crew were highly professional, respectful, friendly and did the work extremely well, and had prompt follow ups. They were very responsive to emails as well as calls, and thorough in the job that they did. We highly recommend their services! I still call Chad up to ask roof questions.

Other than it being a bit louder than explained (I realize now this can't be helped but I was told it wouldn't be noisy) the work was exceptional and professional. Never did I have to wait to hear back from someone. The roof was done in exactly the time they said, the clean up afterwards was flawless (even put patio furniture and cushions back in place) and the roof is beautiful. Highly recommend!
