Jim was a pleasure to meet. I had to reschedule and there no hassle or cancellation fee. He came in, measured the rooms to be cleaned. Gave me the quote and he worked extremely hard to get our white carpets looking like snow ! He even called me in the room occasionally to see what I thought. Takes pride in his work. After 8 years of living in a new construction house, it was well beyond time to have the grout cleaned. It turned out better than expected! Jim is a little on the higher side but you get what you pay for! Oh, and he’s great for carpet & upholstery cleaning too!

Jim did a great job with my carpets. They were pretty dirty (thank goodness for beige carpets that kinda, sorta hide some of the dirt). I was on a knee scooter after an ankle fracture for a couple of months last winter, so I tracked in all kinds of dirt, and I couldn’t vacuum at all. The only relief my poor carpets had was when a friend would vacuum for me. Even when I was off the scooter, I had to wear tennis shoes at all times in the house, when normally I remove my shoes as soon as I step in the house. Finally I was on my feet and ready to get the carpet cleaned, and then- COVID. 🙄 All that to say- I was really looking forward to having my carpets cleaned- and Jim did not disappoint! He got some candle wax out (that I had forgotten to point out), he got the traffic pattern dirt cleaned better than the last guy, and the carpets looked fresh and cleaned and “fluffed” when he was done. I will definitely hire him again.

We hired JEJ Masterclean to clean carpets for the whole house. When he was done, everything looked great including higher wear and pet-stain areas. Jim was very professional, friendly, and efficient. We would hire again.
