The owner, Jim, was extremely communicative and got me in during a busy time (days leading up to Thanksgiving) with little notice and, even though I had a fairly small job, the attention and care he gave to my job was the highest. He took time to talk to me about my carpets and the work he did. I highly recommend JEJ Masterclean! Thanks for an outstanding service, Jim!

Description of Work: He called me promptly after I left a message on Angie's List and we agreed on a date for the job. He confirmed a day or so before the date and called that morning to say he was on his way. He was prompt, very pleasant, accomodating and seemed to take pride in his workmanship. The ultimsate price was actually a little less that his estimate as the square footage was a little less than he had estimated from my description. He was honest and efficient. I never had a better carpet cleaner.

Description of Work: Jim is great to do business with. Called at 8:15 AM to let me know he would be here at 9:00 AM. He arrived exactly at 9:00 AM. Explained to me exactly what he was going to do and got straight to work. I had no illusions our 7 year old light color carpet that had never been cleaned would look brand new. But Jim got pretty close to it. Wonderful job, friendly, punctual, professional, at a fair price, exactly what he said in his estimate. I would recommend him.

He made the carpets look like new, taking time to get out pet stains and a load of make-up stains from my daughter's room that I didn't think would ever come out. Description of Work: My four year old grandson, Anthony, lives with me and sometimes has accidents like peeing and spilling. We also have three labs in the house as well so we can't blame it all on Anthony. Stanley Steemer is at my home at least quarterly if not more. Well no more, since I found JIm on Angie's list. I will use him again. He is not only professional, but very personable and friendly. I like the idea of developing a relationship with someone who I feel I can trust and rely on to do a good job. I like the idea of "one " person doing the job versus a "crew." His prices are reasonable and he finished in a timely manner.Thank you, Jim and Angie's LIst. He steamed cleaned two chairs and ottoman, sofa with cushions, bedroom carpet and Anthony's stuffed dog, Skippy, that he happened to be snuggling a little to close during nap time.

Jim explained his services in detail in advance; provided a precise estimate over the phone in advance; was prompt, friendly, and enthusiastic; left my carpet looking as clean as the day it was installed; gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's list member; and to top it off charged me about $30 less than his original estimate when he was done! ***We must appeal to scientists and find a way to clone Jim and his business and set him loose on other services - our world would be a much better place!***

Description of Work: From start to finish, Jim was the consummate professional. He promptly returned my initial call and explained his services and rates. On the day he cleaned our carpeting, he arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and remeasured; my estimated measurement was a little high, so he adjusted the price lower. He carefully looked at all the problem areas, pretreated these, and then took his time to clean. I can't believe how great it looks! I highly recommend JEJ Masterclean Inc.

Description of Work: JEJ Masterclean did an excellent job on our dirty carpet. It was being cleaned in preparation for sale and the cleaning exceeded my expecttions. The owner came to perform the work and was very honest about what areas probably wouldn't be completly clean. It still came out much better than I anticipated.
