When I first contacted Jim, he responded immediately. He was very polite, professional and obviously knows the business. He gave me an estimate over the phone (which came out to be very close to the actual cost). I scheduled an appointment at that time. We had an 8am appointment on a Saturday. He was right on time. He introduced himself and I showed him what we wanted done. He did his measuring and told me up front what the cost would be and we found it to be reasonable. He got right to work. He brought in tarps and things to protect our wood floors. We had some oil stains on the carpets and he got them out with no problems. After he was finished he wanted me to come look at everything to see if I was satisfied and I certainly was. You can tell that Jim has been in the business for a long time and it shows in his work and speaking to him. I will certainly use him again.

Jim arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He first came in to survey the situation. He looked at the carpets & said he would do his best to get them as clean as he could, but could not make any promises. About 90 minutes later Jim was done & the carpets looked like new again. They looked better than when I moved in. The apartment inspection confirmed that Jim did a fantastic job & I had no charges relating to the carpet. Thanks Jim, Great Job. James was friendly and prompt, arriving right on time for both visits. He moved all the furniture and put everything back in place. He was very careful with all the lamps, the furniture, and put down tarps to protect the wood floors in the hall. His prices were very reasonable and we were pleased to work with a local independent business. We'll be recommending him to friends and neighbors and will definitely use him again.

Outstanding! Jim is wonderful and his work is not be believed. I am not sure my carpets looked this good when I first bought them. He is a pleasure to work with. When I called him, he responded immediately and despite the fact that I was not sure how much footage I had to clean, Jim worked with me on the phone to give me an approximate cost. I scheduled to do the work after the kitchen renovation was complete and so I called him forgetting he had told me he would be out of town for a few days on vacation. Jim answered the phone anyway and told me he would call me back as soon as he returned home- which he did immediately. We scheduled the work and he arrived today. He reviewed the areas that had some spots and told me what to expect. He told me the work would take about 3 hours and the schedule was right on target. His work is impeccable and so is his professionalism. We will have Jim back every 6 months to stay current with our cleaning. In today's economy where prices are so steep, Jim understands we are all watching our budgets. His prices are great and the quality of the work is more than we could have hoped for. We have now found our own carpet cleaner. Beleive me, anyone who asks for a recommendation-Jim is the guy to go to!!!!

Jim did a fabulous job cleaning our upholstery, area rugs and carpeting. He cleaned a couch and 7 chairs. I vacuum our upholstery every other week and spot clean, but it had been several years since they had been cleaned. They look like the day I bought them! Jim also cleaned three rooms of carpeting: 2 rooms of cream colored berber and one room with white plush carpet that had several stains from coffee spills. Again, the carpet looks like new and came out much better than I had hoped. Lastly, Jim took 4 area rugs and a runner to his shop to clean them and just returned them yesterday. Three of the rugs and runner are floral and came out bright and clean, but the best was the cream colored rug from my dining room. It's in a high traffic area and I was not sure Jim would be able to get out the spots. It looks like a new rug! I'm so impressed and it takes a lot to impress me in terms of cleaning. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for cleaning services. He was professional, pleasant, on-time and clearly knows what he's doing. Thanks, Jim!

I had Jim out to clean our new house prior to move in. He did a masterful job cleaning the carpet, wood and tile floors, and three rugs from my old home. He also cleaned two bathrooms that had a lot of hard water depositing and detailed spots in the kitchen. He did a great job and is a super gentleman who clearly takes pride in his work. I will definitely have him out to the old house after our move to clean the floors there and look forward to working with him in the future.

I called JEJ Masterclean because I had three rooms of carpets that were in desperate need of cleaning, and was interested, as well, in cleaning my bathroom grout and an overused sofa. James (the owner) responded enthusiastically, giving me a general estimate by phone and arranging an appointment that was just a few days later. He was as responsive in person. The estimate was almost exactly on target (I'd given only a general description of the rooms; no measurements), and he was meticulous in the work, and in his professionalism. I'd definitely call him again.

He was professional. He was on time. He worked very fast and efficiently. He was a pleasant person. The end result is amazing. The garage is cleaner than it was when it was new. I would highly recommend him.

Once again, Jim was there on time and did a beautiful job cleaning the VERY DIRTY berber carpeting! Can't say enough nice things about him. He's a pro!

I found JEJ Masterclean on Angies list I called him because he had great reviews. I called Jim and right away he was very professional and informative. He explained the process he uses to clean the carpets and gave me an estimate on rough measurements I gave him on my rooms. The estimate he quoted me was very close to what I paid, so no surprises here! He did tell me that it may change once he got to my house and took the actual measurements. Very honest person. He showed up to my house right on time. I showed him what I wanted to have done and the trouble spots I had. At this point I asked him to clean my couch. He went right to work and my carpets and couch never looked better. He was able to get a few spots out that another carpet company couldn't so I was very happy when I came home to find these spots gone! He followed up with a phone call later that evening to make sure that we were totally happy with the work he had performed! We were completely satisfied with all aspects of his work and would highly recommend JEJ Masterclean.

Jim was on time, very professional, and trustworthy; as I left the house for about an hour while he was here. The rugs look fantastic- better than they have in the past when cleaned by another company. We'll definitely be using his services again!

I highly recommend Jim's services. He answered my 1st phone call to him while he was on vacation and gave me an over the phone estimate. He arrived on time, clean and well groomed. Jim put down tarps to cover my wood floors and was very careful about properly protecting the furniture. He measured and calculated the final price before he started and the final price was different from the estimate only because I added some upholstery cleaning and some closet areas that we had not discussed at the estimate. Jim is very personable, knowledgable in his business and a professional all the way.

All went well. Because of the company's equipment and the experience of the provider, all the carpets involved were thoroughly cleaned.

Jim was punctual, professional, curteous & did a good job cleaning the carpet. He was candid with his assessment on whether a discoloration left by the backing of an area rug can be completely cleaned. Nonetheless, he gave it special effort & did a very thorough job. Jim left the house in "spotless" condition, taking care to make sure water spots left on non-carpeted floor are properly wiped down. I would use him for my next carpet cleaning, & highly recommend him to others.

I contacted Jim via email after reading many excellent reviews. Jim responded right away and provided an estimate. We corresponded few more time finalizing the details of the estimate and He always very responsive and provided clear expectations. Jim started early at 7:30am and remeasured all the rooms to provide exact quote. Jim worked himself and very hard at that... Spent 4 - 5 hours cleaning every corner of the carpets including the insides of the closets. Upon completion the job, Jim reviewed with me exactly what he had done. He also provided me some additional service of vacuuming my rugs on the back side(which was very dirty). Also cleaned portions of the hard wood floors where the rugs has left dirty residues. Overall, I was very pleased. Jim knows his trade very well. He is honest and upfront with pricing and most of all, hard working with pride in what he does. What more can you ask for...!!!

Jim came to our house to take measurements and give me an exact quote for the job. He called several days before the scheduled date to confirm the work. On the date the project was scheduled Jim arrived early ready to go. He did a great job and was extremely careful to not damage the new wood floors we had recently installed. I would definitely recommend his service to friends, family, anyone!

We purchased a house and the seller left it quite dirty. I cleaned much of the house myself but contacted Jim of JEJ Masterclean to help me out with some of the worst parts. The kitchen was especially grimy, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Jim worked very hard scrubbing the kitchen from top to bottom. He cleaned cracks & crevices I probably wouldn't have gotten to, he was very thorough. He also cleaned some cobwebs from vaulted ceilings I couldn't reach, a very dirty garage fridge, and years worth of cobwebs from the garage. He was also very professional & pleasant to deal with. I'm very happy with the job he did & I would use him again. Thanks Jim!

He explained his process before he started. Then, halfway through the project, he asked me to see the work to make sure it was to my expectations. He moved the furniture around for me and he also cleaned a area rug. It went really good.

Two or three days before I needed carpet cleaning (due to a schedule change of other work and admitted bad planning on my part), I called several carpet cleaners to see if anyone would be available. Jim was by far the most responsive, telling me that he was on the road and needed to check with his office because he wasn't sure he'd have time, but he'd get back to me. He called back 5 minutes later, confirmed that he could do the job and gave me an estimate based on the approximate sizes of the rooms. He explained the charges very clearly (base charge plus a square footage rate, and we get a 10% Angie's List discount) and disclaimed that he would take actual measurements and update the price when he arrived. He described every aspect of his process (stain pre-treating, steam cleaning, raking the carpet, and treating with citrus sanitizer). On the day of the cleaning, he called me an hour in advance to let me know where he was coming from and give a quick update - he ran a few minutes late due to traffic, but it wasn't a problem. When he arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. He measured the rooms, gave me an official price (which I thought was quite reasonable), and got right to work. During the job he even called me over a few times to show me the difference between the clean and dirty parts of the carpet, to show how much improvement there was. He finished the job in about 2.5 hours and we're completely satisfied. It's almost a shame to walk on the carpets and push down the nice clamshell raking patterns that he made. You can tell from talking to Jim that he's very experienced and dedicated to his work, and he really enjoys interacting with customers. Jim's definitely our carpet guy from now on.

I called Jim for an estimate for carpet cleaning on Monday. He gave me an estimate over the phone, including the Angie's List discount, and scheduled our work for Friday of the same week. Jim arrived on time, assessed the stains, and cleaned our beige carpets beautifully. They haven't looked this good since we moved in! Besides being punctual and professional, Jim is extremely knowledgeable about his work, and as owner of the business, he is focused on customer satisfaction. I would recommend Jim to anyone. If we need more carpet cleaning services, he's our guy!

Jim did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets in our home. We were pleased enough with his work and work ethic that we invited him to come back to clean two pieces of upholstered furniture. We have, in fact, recommened him to several friends.

The largest area was our basement, which until recently was the home of our two large dogs. Jim cleaned the carpet, eliminating years of accumulated dog stains and odors. I thought we might need to replace the carpet, but Jim's cleaning brought it back. Looks great now and has no odors. The second area was our master bedroom. The nylon carpet is colored Ivory and readily shows dirt and high traffic areas. Again, Jim brought the carpet back to near new look. Jim bothered to stop cleaning an area before he finished it and show me side-by-side sections of cleaned and uncleaned carpet. The difference was impressive. Jim is a hard worker and seems very experienced. He worked rapidly and took care to protect our furniture and our floors where his hoses were lain between our entry and the rooms he was working in. He is good natured and has a great attitude. He is professional, polite, and a pleasant guy to have had working in our home.
