We found Jim from recommendations on Nextdoor app. He did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpet. When we installed new lighting in our partially finished carpeted basement, we were appalled to find several pet stains; our dog must have assumed that the unused basement was “outdoors”. I used cleaning spray but it only made it look worse. Jim came in at 7:30AM and he was done by 9:00AM. He explained the products he was using and process of his cleaning. The carpet looked as good as new after he was done. Jim was polite, professional, efficient, and made sure that his work met our expectations and that we were fully satisfied. He took pride in showing us the magic of his work. In these Covid times, it’s important to support our local businesses and show them our appreciation. So, this review is the least I can do to say thanks.

Jim did an amazing job with my entire house. He showed me before and after sections as he was cleaning and the difference was unbelievable. He spent almost 3 hours and I am truly floored how good he got 20+ years of dirt out. I will never use Sears or Stanley Steamer ever again! Plus the pricing Jim charged me was so reasonable. I am so glad I found Jim!!

I’ve had many services perform carpet and upholstery cleaning over the years and Jim is right at the top of the list. Would recommend him without reservation. We have a new puppy that badly soiled my bedroom wool carpet. It is almost perfect! Great job and very quick response when you call.

Jim is great…..My mom had him do her couches and a piece of carpet a few months ago and he did a great job so I had him do the same work for me and he did the same great work. I would HIGHLY recommended Jim. :)

Jim was so responsive and thorough, it felt like hiring a small town pro. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He's not there to be in and out as fast as he can, he wants to do the best job possible. He set expectations and explained how and why he was doing a treatment. He doesn't have a cookie cutter process for everything. He assesses the situation and uses what's best. The water removal was the best I've ever seen. He went over them so many times that they were dry within 6 hours. The tips of my chair arms were so soiled they were black (I'm ashamed) but he got them pristine. He cleaned my sofa and 2 wingback chairs for $230. It took 2.5 hours and I can't wait for him to come back and clean my carpets.
