I have a house full of white carpets and toddlers so needles to say I have had my share of carpet cleaning experiences (mostly bad). I am so pleased to have finally found Jim form JEJ Masterclean. He was professional on the phone and in person, on-time and very reasonably priced and, most importantly I have never seen my carpets look better. My only complaint is that I didn't have him do the whole house! I will definitely be calling Jim again.

Jim arrived on time, looked over the room and the stain in question and didn't express any reservations about being able to remove the stain. I asked him what it would cost to do another smaller room next to the family room that wasn't as dirty or stained, but it seemed logical to have it done while he was there. With the additional work, I was eligible for a discount on the total price, and only wound up paying slightly more than the original quote. The cleaning was done very well and efficiently, without mess or odor, and I was VERY pleased with the results. The carpets looked bright and clean and were dry the following day for the buyer's walk-thru. I was treated in a professional, friendly and fair manner. I would use JEJ Masterclean services again and would recommend Jim to anyone who asked.

I called Jim to get quotes for cleaning the stairs, upstairs hallway, two area rugs, a sofa, and love seat. He gave me the prices over the phone and we agreed to schedule a future date convenient for both of us. I called him back to schedule a date and he called to confirm he was on his way. Did a nice job of getting out the stains and shaping it up like new. We decided at this time to do only the stairs and upstairs hallway. I will be calling him in the future to do more work for us. The prices are very good, they are reliable, and do great work.

Fantastic service and results! I have a rental condo that had already had the carpet cleaned by another service but it still had a large number of spots. After reading on Angie’s List about the amazing results that JEJ has been able to achieve, I decided to try them to see if they could improve the look of the carpeting. I left a message for Jim and got a call back in an hour or less. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on the approximate square footage of the carpeting. I told him I wanted to schedule an appointment right away, but he said he was leaving on vacation in a few days. However, he volunteered to fit me in if I was willing to take a 6:45 am appointment. I agreed and am glad I did. Jim arrived on time, was pleasant (even at that time of the morning) very professional and courteous. After looking at the carpeting, he was optimistic he would be able to get most of the stains out. He told me he has been in the business for over 20 years (I believe he is the only employee) and that it is the expensive equipment he has and the cleaning solutions he uses that make all the difference. He worked quickly but thoroughly and was very accommodating about moving furniture. I was amazed by the results! I would never have believed that the 10 year old carpeting could look so good! All but a few of the worst stains came out -- Jim showed me where they were and explained why they were permanent. It was an extremely positive experience and well worth the cost! I will use JEJ again and will recommend Jim to all my friends.

Jim is so responsive! He called me back within one hour of my inquiry via email. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule before he left for vacation, literally coming to our home at 6:30 AM on the day he was leaving for vacation! He did a great job. The furniture looks like new. He set our fans in front of the furniture to assist with drying. And he's such a nice man! I had to leave before he was finished so he even called me the next day from his VACATION to be sure I was happy. It's so nice to know that when I call Jim, he will respond quickly, he'll be on time, he'll be pleasant to work with and he will do a great job! i got jim's name from angies list. one of the reasons i called him was because he was local. having had a business in the area i like to support local businesses. he gave me an estimate over the phone and made an appointment withina few days. he arrived on time. he had excellent equipment and did a great job. turned out the final bill was a little less than the originalestimate. would use his service again...

James did an excellent job of cleaning our front porch, front door screens, porch window, and siding. A bird's nest in the front porch area caused many bird droppings to be deposited there. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction

Jim was breath of fresh air, from my first phone call through the completion of the service. We set an appointment, he arrived on time and comfirmed the cost, which was less than his estimate. He worked hard, was professional and his results were outstanding. I will use him again and highly recommend him to everyone.

I called JEJ Masterclean when our ejector pump failed and sewer water flooded our carpet in the basement just after having some friends move in to the basement a few days before. He came out to look at the carpet the same day. He recommended calling a carpet guy he has worked with to remove and replace the wet padding and let the carpet dry completely before he would come back to clean and sanitize the carpet. The person he referred us to was very responsive and profession too. Once the padding was replaced and the carpet put back. Jim fit us into his schedule on a Saturday morning. He was punctual, very professional. He even ended up cleaning a small room off our basement for free. He attempted to remove a stain from the room and said that he didn't want the rest of the carpet to look funny so he just cleaned the whole room. We also had Jim clean our family room carpet and 2 couches. He did a great job on everything and was so so comforting and helpful in this stressful emergency situation. We will definitely be calling JEJ Masterclean for our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Very timely - fit me into his schedule in just a few days, arrived on time, worked extremely hard to make our couch look good as new! Definitely will be having him come clean more furniture and carpets in the future!

We were extremely pleased with the job. Not only was Jim responsive to our needs, he went over and above. We thought we might have to replace the 6 year old refrigerator, but with Jim's excellent work, it now looks brand-new! The kitchen floor was also a mess, and now also looks new. Jim works alone, doing the work of several people. He has a wonderful work ethic, and we would certainly call on him for future needs.

Jim arrived promptly at 8:00 AM Wednesday and made sure that the floor was well protected from any possible wetness. He cleaned every inch of the basement, including the cellar entrance, and uncovered a floor drain I didn"t even know we had! He was able to clean off much of the moss from the side of the house too. I couldn"t be more satisfied, and certainly appreciate being able to use the basement again without tracking dust throughout the house.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Jim was professional in every way. He arrived right on time. The carpets looked new after he was through with the work. He had state of the art equipment, and a wealth of knowledge about the business. I would recommend him to anyone, and will use him again in the future. I wish all contractors were as professional as he is. I have no doubt in my mind that Jim is a person who truly cares about his reputation.

Kept in touch by phone prior to cleaning. arrived promptly. walked through each room and measured it. gave me a price which was more than fair. placed protection under each leg of furniture throughout. The end result was just amazing. I could hardly believe my eyes. The carpet was very very soiled in 2 bedrooms where my teenage grandsons "hang out." He cleaned them both beautifully. From the beginning, Jim was responsive and very professional. I called him and he was able to fit me into his schedule within the next couple days and was very accommadating when i needed to reschedule services. When he arrived to do the work he was right on time. He took a few minutes to explain what he would be doing with all the pieces and then got right to work. I was very happy with the way the area rugs turned out and overjoyed at how nice the carpets in our upstairs rooms came out, as we had already had them cleaned after renters with two big dogs moved out and they left the carpets heavily soiled with pet oils and other stains. The previous carpet cleaner (also an angies list highly rated company) said that due to the condition of the carpets there was only so much he could do so I had given up that i would ever feel the carpets were truly cleaned. I reluctantly asked Jim to try and see what he could do. He was able to get the mystery stains out and the carpet is in far better shape after he cleaned it.....not like the day we bought it but darn close. We will be having Jim back to reclean the master bedroom as well based on this experience. I cant imagine you could go wrong hiring Jim, he is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him.

The carpets look like new. Jim is a complete professional in every sense of the word. He responds immediately to your requests and does everything he can to meet your schedule requirements. He works quickly and thoroughtly. He is careful with all furniture and his attention to detail is great. This time I had him take my good area rug as well to be cleaned. He is upfront about everything. You are given the chance to inspect his work (which is not needed) to seek your approval before leaving. He always tells you what to expect on drying time and any other helpful hints. Jim is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him. He will be the only person that ever does our carpets. Jim contacted me right away, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, provided details of how the cleaning would be done and a complete estimate. He was able to start immediately and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier...:)

I have finally found my go-to person for carpet and upholstery cleaning! From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. It began with my initial phone call, during which Jim gathered the relevant information about my house and what I was looking to have done, and described his process for cleaning carpets. We scheduled the appointment, and he arrived exactly on time. Jim and I went from room to room in my house, after which he provided me with a price (lower than what he had ballparked during our initial call), and then got to work. Jim took extreme care with my furniture and my house overall, which is very important to me. When he was finished, my carpets and sofa looked absolutely brand new - he did an amazing job! All of the spots that had concerned me were gone, and the carpets looked completely refreshed. The following day, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure I was pleased with the outcome, and ask if I had any questions. And, the icing on the cake is that he offered to come back when the carpets were dry to help me remove the blocks/pads from underneath the furniture. He doesn't know this yet, but I am going to call and take him up on his offer for the larger, heavier pieces of furniture that I am reluctant to lift by myself. Now that is service! I asked for some of his business cards, because I will definitely tell my friends about Jim, and highly recommend him. Over the years, I've searched for a carpet cleaner that I would be happy with, and my search is now over!
