 + -1 moreJim arrived at 7:30 a.m. as promised, assessed what needed to be done, explained everything in detail to me and went straight to work. I had the basement walls worked on the previous week, so it was pretty dirty, lots of dust on the floors and walls and the windows were atrocious. Jim meticulously went over all the walls, windows, steps and floors with a pressure washer. All the water was expertly removed and when he was done, you could eat off the floors. Aside from an excellent job, Jim was so personable it was terrific to work with him. I would definitely recommend him for any major cleaning project.

 + -1 moreJEJ Masterclean was one of several service providers on Angie's List I called for quotes. I was moving into a new home and wanted to get the cleaning done before any of the furniture arrived. Jim's prices were competitive, and he provided a free estimate on the phone based on my room measurements. He told me that when he arrived, he would check the room dimensions and provide a final price. Because I had a short window to get the work done before my furiture arrived, JIm was very flexible on his availability dates, and would have worked on the weekend if he had to. As it turned out he was able to do the work on a Friday. He arrived right on time, and measured the home as he described his cleaning process. The cost was a little more than his first estimate, but that was becuase I had not measured all of the space accurately. He completed the work quickly, and my carpets looked terriffic - like new. I would recommend Jim and use him again in the future.

 + -1 moreHe was very good, very thorough, and very professional. It's his own company and I thought that he was really good. I'm going to call and schedule him to come back to clean the tile and the grout in the entrance foyer area and some of my bathroom. I think he did a much better job than one of the national known companies. He knows his work, but I think he's quite pricey.

 + -1 moreOne of my friends- a fellow Angie's list member- recommended JEJ services to me- and I decided to try him. Jim was here bright and early- on time- on the set day of the cleaning. He was very professiona,polite and friendly. He introduced himself and listened carefully to my concerns regarding the spots in the carpet. Before doing the work he measured the basement and gave me a reasonable price for the work, and asked if he could start the job.He was very thourough and efficient in doing the work, and I was so pleased, I scheduled him again to come back and do my upstairs carpets in May ( a month later). I will definitely recommend JEJ's carpet cleaning to anyone looking for a polite, efficient professional, and detailed oriented carpet cleaning service, who is also fair in his pricing. .

 + -1 moreJim arrived on time and did an excellent job on everything. We were fully prepared for some of the basement carpet stains to be permanent, but Jim was able to remove them. He even came back at no charge and retreated some of them that had not been completely eliminated. The pet stains were successfully treated and the odor was gone after the carpet dried for a couple of days. The chairs looked like new after cleaning. Despite the extra work on the carpeting, Jim refused additional payment and stuck to his original quote. Jim stands behind his work. I have rarely encountered someone with his integrity and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: They cleaned a large wall-to-wall capret in a finished basement, 2 flights of carpeted stairs and a 12X14 carpeted room. Our children had practically lived in the finished basement through their teenage years, including parties, sleepovers and a lot of snacks and sodas, so the basement carpet was badly stained in several areas. The other room he cleaned had heavy pet stains. He also cleaned 2 upholsdtered chairs.

 + 0 moreThe whole process from start to finish was professional and very thorough. The carpets and furniture cleaned look brand new.
Description of Work: Provider returned my phone inquiry the same day. He asked for approximate measurements of the rooms I wanted cleaned along with two sofas and two captains chairs. He quoted me a price on the phone and described the process he used to clean the carpets. He said that furniture not required to be moved would result in a slight deduction of the quoted price along with a discount for Angie's List members. He arrived promptly and set up his equipment quickly. He uses his van to provide constant hot water for the steam cleaing portion, instead of hooking up a portable unit that would connect to your own hot water faucet in the house. That way he can maintain a constant high temp wash and clean. Two lines from his van into the house was all that he needed, and he puts drop clothes and tarps to protect other floor surfaces that are not being cleaned. He works alone and is highly trustworthy. The carpets and upholstery look brand new. He does a very thorough job and the results are clearly noticeable.

I cannot find a spot/stain anywhere. He was quick, easy, efficient and affordable. Would you rather have an owner/operator or the big name cleaning service come in? The other 2 companies; one responded the next day around 11am by email and the other made a phone to me around 1pm. Jim was knowledgable and very helpful in my understanding of the capet cleaning process. Would recommend him and his company to anyone !

One large spot was so bleached by urine, Jim asked me to come see what he was doing, to try and remove it but the spot would not come out. I was sick but knew he'd done his best. I let everything dry for two days. My friend came over & started putting the sofa back together (cushions were all standing vertically so they could dry). The huge bleached spot was GONE!!! I didn't even get to call Jim with the good news yet. Jim Jassak (JEJ Masterclean Inc) is very Reasonable, Personable, Works like a crazy man (returned my call within 1-2 minutes!! Description of Work: Jim, the owner, cleaned my carpets in a (21x10) livingroom, a master bedroom (15x10), another bedroom (9x10), and two hallways. In addition Jim cleaned a thick wool area rug, (9X5), and another med. thick rug, (6x2). In addition Jim pulled out my washer and dryer to vacumed and clean the floor under each one. Okay, I'll be frank. I'll have to admitt that my carpet was BAD! ( And I MEAN nasty!). Jim was wonderful! It took him about 2hours, but with Jim's attention too detail my carpet looks almost new! You don't know how I feel about having a CLEAN carpet again! I'm just really pleased and happy with the work that Jim did! Thank you Jim for your hard work and treating my carpet as if it were your own...... See ya next year Jim....

He gave a thorough overview of his services and provided a verbal estimate based on square footage before he came. Once here, he discovered the area was larger than we had estimated (he was correct) and let us know before starting work. He was very friendly and professional and we were extremely pleased. He is very experienced and does the work himself. He also clearly takes great pride in what he does. Based on his work with the carpets we asked him to come back and powerwash the unfinished storage room in the basement that had gotten covered with dust from a recent bathroom renovation -- we were very pleased with those results as well. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. (Cost is for carpets 2,000+square feet carpets PLUS mechanical room cleaning.) Thanks, Jim!
