Jim arrived right on time and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job cleaning some furniture which hadn't been cleaned in about 8 years. The sectional and chairs looked fantastic when he was done. We had used Jim about 6 months ago to clean our carpeting and he did an amazing job on that as well. We'll definitely be calling him in the future!

All I can say is WOW! Jim did an amazing job. We have a dog and cat and years of pet stains that we tried to take care of oursleves. Jim came in and made our carpeting look brand new, even the carpeting in our family room ( about 25 years old) came back to life. After seeing the results I wonder why I waited so long! Jim is so nice and his concern was that I be happy with his work, Thanks Jim .

Jim is awesome! He really takes pride in his work/doing an excellent job and it shows! My off-white carpet was so dingy prior to Jim's arrival and now everything looks as good as new! Jim is incredibly congenial and professional. (He was also great with my dogs!) Jim is definitely my "go-to-guy" for carpet and rug cleaning.

This is the third year in a row I've had JEJ Masterclean clean my carpets. I had used a number of people over the years, but was never completely satisfied until I discovered Jim (the owner). He always makes time to get you on his schedule as soon as possible. I called Jim on Friday, and it so happened that he had a cancellation for Monday, so he fit me right in. Jim is so knowledgeable about his profession - he starts out by looking through the house and discussing any areas that need particular attention. He is thorough, and does a wonderful job. My carpets always look completely brand new when Jim is finished (and they're ten years old now). The products he uses are also very effective; I've had him use the stain protector, and I can attest that any spills come right out with very little effort. I also really like how he uses the water from his truck for the steam cleaning. (I had one prior firm ruin a spigot in my house with their hose - not a worry where Jim is concerned). I will continue to have Jim clean my carpets in the future, and will continue to recommend him to others as well. He is quite the find!

Jim did a great job! He arrived right on time, was very pleasant and professional, and my carpeting, rug and upholstered chair all look like new again. He was very conscientious in protecting wooden legs of tables and furniture, got any spots out on the carpeting, and left the place looking great. I will definitely call him again the next time my carpets need cleaning. He also cleans grout on tile floors and showed me what a difference that can make. Wow. Amazing.

Our carpets had not been thoroughly cleaned in almost five years! I emailed Jim to set up an appointment after seeing his reviews on Angie's List. He responded to me almost immediately and we set up an appointment for a couple days later. Jim arrived on time and got right to work. The whole process took about three hours. He was extremely detailed and our carpets look fantastic. He moved furniture when needed, cleaned in very tight spaces, and got every stain out. Jim was friendly and professional. We would use his services again in a heartbeat, and will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Service was excellent. He was courteous and extremely careful about moving the furniture and using drop cloths. Very polite and I will definitely use him again and refer to my friends.

The carpets look very clean. Almost all spots came out. Best yet, it took just 24 hours to dry afterward. Jim also was good about asking if we needed to get our car out of the garage before he started working with his truck parked in the driveway. I have only one word of warning. If you have chemical sensitivities, ask Jim to not wear aftershave cologne. His was very strong.

we have white carpet and 5 children. we've been cleaning with stanley steemers every 6 mo but we were not happy with result. jim did a great job of getting the stains out and making my carpet look as great as possible. i would use jim again.

Jim was great. Not only was he prompt and efficient, he did great work for a very reasonable price. Will definitely work with Jim again in the future. Highly recommended.

Jim was great to work with. He's a super nice guy who takes great pride in his work. Scheduling was easy. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was in & out in less than 3 hours. Our carpet was in good shape, so there weren't many stains to work on (with the exception of our entry rug), but everything looked nice & fresh when he was done. We would definitely use Jim for future cleaning needs.

Have used Jim several times now and will continue to do so. Jim is both a gentlemen and professional. He works very hard and we are always pleased with the outcome. Of the many services we've used prior to JEJ, Jim's work is the best. We trust him with our carpets and furniture. Yes, there are others that do good work, but rapport, personality and professionalism are key factor that are value-added intangibles that make JEJ are go to service. It should be noted that it is very important to have carpets cleaned regularly so that cleaning expectations can be met. Too often people expect all dirt and stains to come clean when in some cases, they simply can't or that particularly worn areas are beyond help.

Jim quoted over the phone based on my description, applying the Angie's discount. He scheduled a time based on both of our calendars. He showed up on time, verified the quote, and explained any issues we might have with soiled material. Jim did a fantastic job. He was thorough and quick and polite. He was a delight to work with. I would definitely hired JEJ again.

Jim was GREAT! When I initially called to schedule his father had just died - and amidst all of that he was courteous, told me he'd call back to schedule an appointment once he knew his schedule. He called back promptly, was very professional. When he came at the appointed time he was very friendly, provided a good explanation of what he would do, confirmed the price. He advised me NOT to clean my couch as I would not be happy and I could better apply the money towards a new one (I told him I was planning to get a new one in the future). He did a VERY thorough job of cleaning my bedroom carpet and got out some soap stains that his predecessor tried TWICE to get out and couldn't. My carpet has never looked cleaner. All in all it was a GREAT experience - I will hire Jim again!

Jim arrived exactly on time. He worked steadily, efficiently and with no breaks (this is hard work) both days and was not rattled that our 2 large barky dogs were occasionally in the way. He is cheerful, knowledgeable, considerate and a pleasure to have here. What was so stunning was the extraordinary effectiveness of his work. In all our years, never have we seen the carpets look as good after a thorough cleaning and the couches sparkle. All is like new...really! The cleaning products have only a very, very slight citrusy odor (nothing toxic is used) which is new to us having been used to smelly concoctions in previous years. Never have we had such success as we have had with Jim. The couches were dry this morning (we broke the work into 2 days) and the carpets are only mildly damp so they'll be at least surface dry by tomorrow. What a great way to begin the holidays! We highly recommend JEJ Masterclean and already it's in my appt. book to call Jim in the fall of 2014 for a November thorough cleaning. There are no negatives to mention and we are thrilled with the results.

JEJ Masterclean is the BEST carpet cleaner I have ever worked with! Every aspect of dealing with them has been fantastic!! They return calls on a timely basis, understand customer's needs, show up on time and perform excellent services for a reasonable price. I had been looking for someone to clean my carpets having had issues with past carpet cleaners. I performed my research for a new carpet cleaner on Angie's List and have been completely satisfied with their services. I will definitely use JEJ Masterclean in the future.

Absolutely wonderful...On Time...Great Communicator..Was able to remove 5 spots tihat had been there for at least 6 years and no other carpet cleaning had accomplished. Jim knows carpet cleaning and is very professional.I have found my carpet cleaner for life. How nice is that....Thanks Jim
