This was a good experience-- I would have Jim clean our carpets again in the future, and would recommend him to others. He returned my initial call promptly, and was easy to contact for follow-up information (even though he was on vacation!). He asked me for approximate measurements of the rooms in order to provide an estimate. Seeing that the price seemed reasonable considering the amount of work, I decided to go ahead with it. Jim arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and completed the work as requested. The entire job (from start to finish) took about 2 1/2 hours. The carpets look great and I have no complaints. We've had great experiences with all of the contractors/service providers we've found through Angie's List. Again, I would not hesitate to use JEJ Masterclean Inc. for any future cleaning needs.

Fantastic ! Had a 7:30 am appointment and not only did he show up on time but early. Extremely nice guy who you could tell knows what it is to provide excellent service and enjoys the work he does. The carpets in two of the rooms were atrocious from my children and he got literally all of the spots out. I will recommend him to all of our friends and neighbors and absolutely have him back the next time we need the carpets cleaned again. Jim was wonderful from the initial call all the way through the end of the process. I emailed Jim through Angie's List to inquire about getting a quote. He was very responsive! He contacted me within the day, and then called me on his day off! It is apparent that Jim cares about his business and his customers. Customer satisfaction is something he takes seriously. My basement is used heavily by my teenage boys and their friends and the carpet was starting to look very tired and stained. It had been several years since I had it cleaned. Jim was able to come out within a few days of our call to do the service. He explained what he would do and set expectations. He was very prompt and professional. He provided me with an accurate quote and did a thorough job. The outcome was much better than expected! The rug and sofa look almost brand new! I feel like someone breathed life into my basement again! We will definitely use JEJ Masterclean again!!

Wonderful! Arrived ontime, very courteous and professional. Assessed job before starting,set expectaions accurately, warned that some of the pet stains may not toatlly come out as they had been there for years and carpet was 15 years old. Explained process and began. Job took about 4 hours total. Results were great, much better than expected! All rooms and items were dry by late afternoon, no smell, just clean. should have had it done years ago!

We have had them out twice to clean the carpets. The pricing is reasonable. One technician comes out for the service and completed the job in about 3 hours. He is very responsive, timely and professional. He did a great job and got the carpets very clean. I had no problem scheduling the service.

Jim did a fantastic job! Our carpets (which are 12-15 years old) look brand new. He is professional, but very friendly, and easy to have in your home. Jim moved any necessary furniture, put it back in place and put all of the legs of furniture on protective pads or blocks. He got all stains out completely. We have used Jim before, would definitely recommend him to others, and will use him again in the future!

Jim was prompt, very friendly and thorough. He performed all of the work specified below the cost he quoted us. The carpets didn't smell of chemicals at all when he was through, and dried within 8-12 hours. He also cleaned our area rug for a very reasonable price. All in all, we were very satisfied and would definitely work with them again!

Jim was awesome. He communicated very quickly and clearly with me from the get go. He made sure I understood exactly what he would be providing. He called to confirm the day before the appointment, and he also followed up with me after the service to make sure I was happy with it. This service was on a rental unit that I honestly considered ripping up the carpet to have it replaced. Jim did a miraculous job on it, making it look much better than I had expected, saving me the cost and time of replacing the carpet. Jim is a consummate professional and I would recommend him without hesitation.

James responded to my call promptly. He explained the process. He was concerned about the old (over 1yr) pet stains and wanted to make sure we understood that was a problem. We appreciated his candor and concern that we understood. We were glad he didn't criticize about the carpet since we had done everything we could to get the stains out and change the dog's behaviour! He showed up on time, worked hard, worked quickly, gave us an estimate before starting work and adjusted it when we added the upstairs hallway. He was professional and efficient. I was pleased that he was pleased with the result. The pet stains did better than expected and the carpet looks very nice. Now I want to get the rest of the house done! II recommend him.

We are a repeat customer because JEJ is the best carpet and upholstery cleaning service we have used in many years. Jim - the proprietor - is always friendly, honest, professional and easy to work with. He's a good guy. Results never disappoint. If Jim can't get it clean, than nobody can. He never pushes unnecessary or unwanted services. He uses top-notch equipment and knows his business. He's no amateur doing this on the cheap. He won't disappoint if you are looking for steam cleaning of carpeting and upholstered items.

Our dog got sick all over our fabric covered sofa and I tried to clean it myself, then realized I was probably going to end up with huge water stains. I called Jim because he had done such a good job cleaning our basement. He told me what to do to prevent it from staining that evening until he could get there in the morning. He even rearranged his schedule for the next day so he could help us. I thought the sofa might be a goner, but it turned out great thanks to Jim.

Jim was great. He was responsive, on time, and does great work. After he left, everything looked brand-new. Additionally, Jim was informative and extremely knowledgeable in regard to best practices for each fabric. Jim did a spectacular job and we would definitely use him again.......and as a matter of fact will be having him do a garage this week too! He is very easy to work with, professional, fair and honest. It is also obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Recently we had some water leak in to a small part of our basement. As I have been working with Jim now for approx two years I knew he would be the guy to call to see what to do and I figured if we were going to have him out we would have the upstairs carpets cleaned at the same time as it has been approx a year since we have done that. Jim got right back to me and came right out with in two days (he is very accommodating in terms of scheduling). He first looked at the rug and there indeed the pad has been compromised but he said that he could at least clean the carpet and sterilize it and he referred me to a trusted business associate that could help me with the pad replacement. He did a bang up job on the basement and upstairs carpets (as always) they look like new again!! In addition, we had him out approx a month ago to do our family room couch and 8X10 wool rug and again wonderful job! Jim is super easy to work with, a consummate professional and really good at his job. I can't recommend him enough as it is difficult to find people who you can really trust and he is definitely one of them.

Jim arrived on time and went over everything with me in detail, exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I had some pretty bad stains on a very light carpet that I did not expect to come out as well as they did. He got in touch with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job he did. I would recommend JEJ Masterclean and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I contated 3 carpet cleaning businesses via the email option on this page to get estimate on the work. Out of town family decided to come in last minute, so I wanted to get carpets cleaned before their visit. I only had about 10 day notice. I emailed using the email tool on this site and requested estimates from 3 diff companys. One company told me to call the office, so I didnt bother with that company. The other two, including this company, gave me an email estimate (I prefer in writing). One company could not accomodate my schedule because they were booked. I went with this company...they were quick on the estimate by email, accomodated my short notice schedule and came promptly at 7:30am and it took about 2 hours to complete. The carpet cleaning gentleman I believe is the owner. He was polite, friendly and professional. He used enzyme type agent and hot steam clean which is more enviornmentally friendly. I was extremely satisfied with the results. I would refer him to a friend and use again myself.
