It went extremely well. He comes in and gets right to work. I have had Jim for the last 5 years or more. He does a wonderful job. Our rugs look like new when he is finished. He scotch guards the sofa and it looks great. He is usually done within 2 hours. He has always been professional and very polite. He is the best thing I have found so far from Angie's List. I would recommend him very highly to everyone.

Great service! Dramatic difference in the appearance of our carpets. NO toxic or perfume-y smells at all after the job was done. Jim was great--very personable and professional. Master bedroom dried very quickly with the ceiling fan on (a couple hours). Hall and stairs are taking significantly longer to dry with no fan (although they are by NO means "sopping" wet...just ever so slightly damp), but it is a very hot, humid, rainy day today, which is not helping!! Extremely pleased. Recommend. Will hire again.

When he came to my house to begin the cleaning, he walked through to provide me with an exact amount that the cleaning would cost. He was spot on with the estimate, since he was only $2 off! There were no hidden fees or anything. Jim started the cleaning and when he finished the upstairs, he asked me to look at it. He did such an amazing job! He got all of the big stains out of the carpet, which was a huge relief! Overall, I would highly recommend Jim to anyone. He did a great job with the carpet and it looks brand new! I will definitely be using his service again.

This is the second time I've had Jim out - he's FANTASTIC! I was so pleased with the entire experience. I signed up for a big deal on Angie's List which involved pre-paying for the service. I was a little anxious in that I paid for something that wasn't scheduled - but I trust Jim and I trust Angie's list so I figured it would work out. Well, he called me just an hour or so later - was very courteous, worked with me on scheduling the cleaning date and time. He showed up today exactly on time. I recently had a minor surgery so I couldn't move all the pieces in the room - he was kind and courteous about that and moved everything. The carpet cleaning was done efficiently and well. Before he put his stuff away he called me back to the room to inspect it to make sure I was pleased. It looks GREAT! We have 3 kitties and unfortunately my 2 seem to think my room is the best place to go when they throw up (eww!) so there were plenty of pet stains even though I use a carpet cleaner spray when they throw up. Jim got all the stains out, the carpet simply looks GREAT! He was very good at his work, very professional in his demeanor and efficient. HIGHLY recommended!

Jim was professional, personable, and thorough. In less than 4 hours, he cleaned all of our carpets upstairs, downstairs, and on the stairs themselves, including getting out a couple rather persistent stains. This is white carpet that's nearly 10 years old. It now looks amazing, almost new. I can't recommend him highly enough. I would definitely use him again.

We've used JEJ before. At first we selected him because of the great reviews. Our first time used him for carpet cleaning. We were still a bit wary because even with other A rated providers, you're never sure YOU"RE gonna get A service. James didn't disappoint. He was very professional, and under promised and over delivered. He pointed out some spots that he wasn't sure if he could get out. A few hours later, the carpet looked new, with all firniture on foam blocks for cleaning and drying, and those spots pretty much gone. Next was the tile. A good job here, the biggest comments would be about his timing. He comes on time, gives a reasonable estimate, and leaves on time with his estimate. Important for us now that we have kids and our schedule is much tighter. And most recently he powerwashed our garage. Got it so clean we joke about bringing dirt in from the "mudroom" floor next to it. We had asked also about powerwashing our cement patio. Again, underpromise, he was wary of using any chemicals near the plants, and he didn't the right tools to clean it with no chemicals, which we appreciated. So, hitting 3 for 3 with us, and we''ll use him in the future if we need anything else that he can provide.

Jim arrived on time and well prepared. He went through and measured to ensure the charges were inline with the actual square footage. Although we have rooms with new carpet, some of the rooms still have Berber carpet. I was not expecting much but Jim made even that carpeting look like new. The project took roughly 5 hours. The cost was very reasonable. We have pets and he took special care to ensure all areas were well cleaned. Above all, his practices are pet safe and having his own animals, he is very conscientious. The truck mount unit is awesome! No other mess in my house. He was careful with all of our things. Above all, I felt safe and comfortable throughout the cleaning process with Jim. He has become my go-to for carpets. Very happy! Thank you, Jim!???

An excellent experience, very satisfied - got the results I wanted, with a reasonable price. Prompt & courteous service. And I was pleasantly surprised that JEJ was able to clean up the blood stains on my yellow carpet. They exceeded my expectations.

I will keep it simple. Jim is the best. He is friendly, flexible, professional and does an awesome job on my carpets. When he is done, I would really prefer not to walk on them as they look almost new. He has had to fight some spots, but somehow is able to make them disappear despite both my husband and me trying to do so. We have had Jim in our home many times now and I say he is the type of person you can trust to do what he says he will do. He communicates and responds to calls immediately. If you need someone to clean carpets or area rugs, look no further. I highly recommend him and will see him in 6 months for the next cleaning.

Great service! Have used 2x. I sent emails to a provider or two and JEJ responds the quickest and with the scheduling and cost info I need. Other places, ask you call the office..... Also, accomodated my schedule, early Saturday morning, even before normal work hours.....great service! Professtional, prompt, clean, friendly neighborly attitude... Recommend highly!

Second time using JEJ for carpet cleaning due to their outstanding service. Called the phone number and left message and Jim, the owner called back within 5 minutes. Spoke to Jim the owner and explained needed complete home carpet cleaned and gave quote right over the phone due to he had cleaned our carpeting several years ago. Jim came out when on agreed upon time of 7:30 AM and when we scheduled that time he made sure it was good for me. Jim came out and we have almost white carpeting about 20 yrs old, but never know looking at it when Jim completes the cleaning. The carpet looks incredible for its age and we do wear shoes around the house, so has a tendency to get dirty and also have one dog and two cats, so hairballs, accidents once on awhile, etc. Jim spot treated and completed the work by 12 or so and did a great job again! We have found our go to carpet cleaning guy and have no issues with referring him to family and friends if needed. Felt the price was fair and really prefer to deal with small companies where the owner is involved and you get great service! I would recommend that you save your time and just call JEJ for your carpet, upholstery and grout cleaning (we had JEJ clean our grout last time they came out and looks great yet). Excellent service with a friendly, caring owner.

I have used this provider 2x and both times were very smooth. I contacted through Angies list via email both times about schedule and costs. I received immediate responses via email. Other places were slower to respond, and asked me to call office. This place, gave me info I needed in email. Also extremely accomodating to my schedule...willing to come hour before normal hours on a Saturday . Other places....sorry we dont service on those days or hours. Great customer service from response time, to scheduling, to promptness for appointment, to friendly neighborly attitude, to cleanliness and with great results for clean carpet. Top notch!!!

Jim is our guy when it comes to carpet and upholstery cleaning. We've used him several times and will continue to do so. He knows the fine points of carpet and upholstery cleaning, has good equipment, is personable, professional and dedicated to making sure his customers are satisfied. We like working with Jim.

This is the second time I hired Jim to clean my carpets. He immediately responds when contacted, works extremely hard and takes no shortcuts. He does awesome work and both times has exceeded my expectations.

Arrived on time and confirmed the bid after reviewing the areas and items. Got to work quickly. Took about 2.5 hours to do the job. Covered all areas with tarp to prevent any soiling or damage. Spotted areas where we were having some problems. Also found a wine stain we didn't see. This is guy is a super professional. Jim knows his stuff having spent nearly 40 years in the business. He has all the right tools and cleaners. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in his service. Definitely will use him again. Excellent work!!!!

Jim responded to my initial email almost immediately. We haven't had our carpets cleaned since moving in almost 10 years ago, so I had some questions on things such as moving furniture around and I wanted a rough estimate on the cost. Jim did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and was willing to spot test my chairs and grout to my satisfaction before he did the work on those. He has a great work ethic and really strives to give you what you want. I would definitely use him again!

I found this service on Angie's list, and this was my first time using JEJ. Jim showed up exactly on time, worked real hard, made sure I was completely satisfied before he put his equipment away. But most importantly he made my carpets look and smell like new! Although he was quite booked, he was able to squeeze me in, since this was a fairly small job, and he was in the area on another job. Very nice guy, pleasant to work with. While here, I asked him for an estimate on cleaning all my upholstered furniture at a later date. His price was reasonable, and I will definitely have him back for the additional work. Job well done!

Jim is wonderful - I honestly wouldn't consider having anyone else take care of my carpets. He has been coming to my home annually for four years now, and has kept my carpets looking like new. I called Jim a couple of weeks prior to a big party I was hosting, and he was very accomodating with his schedule. He was able to come about five days in advance of my party, which was enough time for the carpets to dry and to remove the little blocks he places under the furniture for protection. I like that he knows my house, knows his way around the rooms, and just comes in and magically cleans everything without any involvement from me. I would (and have) higly recommend Jim to anyone who wants to extend the life of their carpets and keep them looking beautiful.

This is the third time I've used Jim's services -- the first time was around May 2012 for a couch cleaning, the second time was in the fall of 2014 for bedroom carpet cleaning, and today, May 1, for cleaning the couch and other seating in the living room. Jim always responds to my phone calls in a short period of time and he is always professional and courteous. He lets me know what to expect and his estimates/quotes do not waver from the actual cost. He's very pleasant and each time he has shown up at my door with a smile on his face, a cheerful "good morning," and a great attitude. As far as the quality of his work, it's excellent! And I think he takes a lot of pride in it. The first time Jim cleaned my couch was seven or eight years after I had purchased it so it was long overdue and real dirty. I was afraid it wouldn't come clean. Jim's cleaning left it spotless! After today's cleaning and when the drying becomes complete, I'm sure it will be spotless again. He had some very effective cleaning solvent that he used for the red beet stain on the rug and now the stain is gone. He also put the solvent on the wax residue and the area is greatly improved. I was thoroughly satisfied and I would highly recommend Jim and JEJ Masterclean Inc. to anyone.

On a scale of 1-10, Jim is a "12". we've used JEJ Masterclean for a number of years and we've referred him to family and friends. Jim is responsive and punctual at all times, one of Jim's most impressive attributes is that he enjoys his work. We have so much fun admiring the before and after results. He makes everything look brand new.

Jim is the ULTIMATE professional. I have yet to meet another person that takes so much pride in their work. He is very courteous and careful with everything in the house and our carpets look great. Everything looks great given the use and wear and much better than I anticipated! Jim was very professional, pleasant and thorough. He returned phone calls promptly, explained the process thoroughly and the product he used. I particularly liked that there was no smell to the product and that he rinsed the upholstery and carpet thoroughly which left little to no residue.
