Jim did a beautiful job, as always! My daughter's carpeting is white and about 13 years old. It looks great! I'm so pleased with how it turned out. The area rug in the dining room looks like new. This rug is in a high traffic area with doors to the garage and patio, so it gets a lot of traffic. We also had a red wine spill last summer that I attempted to remove which Jim got out. Like I said, Jim made the rug look new again! He's always on time, and is such a pleasant person to deal with. He's very responsive with communication too! I always refer my friends and family to him. He can clean ANYTHING!

Jim did and excellent job cleaning area rugs that needed it badly. He did a great job, they turned out beautifully with no wrinkles/curled corners etc. He picked them up and returned them to us promptly at the time he said he?d be there. All in all a great experience with this service provider. I will definitely call him when it?s time to clean carpets in the future.

This is our 3rd or 4th time using Jim with JEJ Masterclean. I have always noticed how quickly he returns our phone calls to schedule service. Sometimes even while he's on vacation! He doesn't always answer when you call, and that's because he's busy working on someone else's home, getting their carpets looking like new. Jim did a wonderful job again on our carpets and stairs. Everything looks brand new. Jim is very professional and wonderful to work with. I'd definitely recommend him for any carpet jobs you have. He's also cleaned some couches for us in the past and did a wonderful job on those as well.

Did an excellent job. Had several pet stains from my cat, and those were totally removed. The carpeting showed no signs of those stains. I would definitely use this provider again.

Jim is a great guy, very professional and punctual. He did an outstanding job cleaning our large sectional sofa, it now looks as good as the day it was delivered. Jim also cleaned a large wool rug (10' x 14') that had a significant traffic pattern of dirt and grime from years of activity. The results are amazing, it also looks like new. Jim also cleaned four rooms of carpet that included two spots soiled by a pet.....The spots are gone and the carpet looks great...... We will definitely use the services of Jim in the future and will recommend him to our friends / neighbors.

James arrived right on time and did a great job on explaining what he was going to do. He placed styrofoam blocks under all the heavy furniture egds/corners. He cleaned the upstairs hall way and stairway first, then did our living/dining room. He moved all the furniture and replaced them with blocks or plastic squares under each leg to keep the carpet clean. He was in and out in about 2 hours. Once he was done cleaning the areas, he raked them to raised the carpet so it would dry faster. The carpet was dry in a couple hours. He was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely have him back again.

The pile on the carpet is very thick and light in color. The chairs are light beige also. When Jim was finished the carpet looked new and the chairs were beautiful! I am very pleased. The drying time was quick and I added the scotch guard as that is a room we use constantly. There were some very dark gray metal stains and some rust stains under the chairs that I thought would not come out and Jim got every bit of stain removed!! I could not ask for better than he did! Thank you, Jim!

We have used Jim in the past and as always, he is extremely responsive from the initial contact to completion of the work. When he arrived (on time) he inspected all the furniture we wanted cleaned and Jim was very honest in pointing out which furniture he would not be able to clean with his regular cleaning solution. In addition, we discussed some worn pieces which we were not sure we should clean or replace. Again, Jim gave his honest opinion that they were probably too far gone and cleaning would not improve their appearance that much. Once we agreed on which pieces to clean, Jim worked quickly and thoroughly. He did a great job and we are very pleased with the results, Would highly recommend his services.

Excellent! They turned out amazing. We were worried about cleaning the microfiber type material and it turned out awesome!

Have used this company before and continue to be impressed by Jim' s professionalism and friendliness. Set up appintment several weeks ago without having to wait even a day for him to get back to me. Jim moved out all the larger pieces of furniture and cleaned under them unlike some of the carpet cleaners I have had in the past. I even told him he didn't have to move some of the heavy furniture and he did it anyway. He works thoroughly and efficiently.

Jim arrived promptly at his appointment time and immediately got to work cleaning the upholstery. Both the love seat and the sofa are places the dog loves to sit to chew his bones, so they were in great need of cleaning. Jim spent extra time going over these, and now the nasty saliva stains are gone and all the cushions look like new. This is the third time I have used his services, and Jim is always thorough and professional. I highly recommend him!

Jim arrived on time, got right to work, and was a professional throughout the whole process. He measured the areas to be cleaned to get an accurate square footage, which ended up lowering my cost, as my square footage estimates were on the high side. He started on the second floor and was able to remove some existing stains including a few printer ink spatters and some areas of dried paint (small amount on the carpet surface). He was not able to remove (nor would I expect him to) some additional areas of more concentrated dried paint spatters/drips. He had me check the work on the second floor before starting work on the main floor of the house. All looked quite a bit better. Work on the main floor included very heavily soiled carpeting in the family room, as there is traffic flow between the garage and sliders to the backyard (and garden). Jim was able to get out the majority of the dirt and the first floor carpets look so much better!! I should have taken 'before' and 'after' pictures, as the difference was dramatic. There were a few stains he was unable to totally remove, mainly from tannins (from wood), but even those were about 90% improved. Overall an excellent job. I only had 2 issues with the final result. The first is that the edges of the carpeting, where they meet the baseboards, were not able to be cleaned, and are a bit darker than the rest of the carpet. Jim explained the reason why that happens, but I forgot the specific term he used for the phenomenon. Basically, it results from not consistently vacuuming the edges - so don't skip that part of the vacuuming chore! The second issue is that, after the carpet was completely dry (about 24 hours), it didn't feel soft, as I had expected. (I go barefoot at home a lot.) After about a week or so I vacuumed the carpeting and brought up a lot of a very fine powder, which may be residue from the cleaning products he used.(?) After I was done, the carpet did feel a little less 'stiff', but still not soft. Not sure if a rinse/'softener' step was missed (unlikely), or if I have unrealistic expectations (again, first time carpet professionally cleaned). If Angie's List had +/- designations, I might score Quality A- for these reasons. However, Jim did put in extra effort and used extra cleaning products in getting out the majority of the carpet stains, and went over the family room several times to get it clean, plus the carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in so long, so I feel comfortable giving him an A for Quality. He finished all the work in about 4.5 hours, and even put styrofoam blocks under the furniture to support the carpet drying process. I even had an additional discount, as I used the 10% off Angie's List coupon. Considering all the work done, I felt I received good value for my money.
