An amazing cleaning. He pretreated the carpet first and then used a truck mount steam cleaner to clean the carpet. After cleaning the carpet he raked and groomed it. When he finished the carpet looked like when we first had it installed.

I had looked over the reviews for five carpet cleaning companies and had three companies give me an estimate before deciding on JEJ Masterclean to do the job. I was amazed that out of 337 reviews only one review was less than an A, and even that one was no less than a B. After having Jim, the owner of the company, over to clean my carpet I am only amazed that anyone one give this guy a B rating. Jim is the most polite, considerate and professional company that I have had the pleasure of working with for some time. And the carpet cleaning, and all the care that goes with that project (blocking furniture etc.), was impeccable. My carpet resembled its original condition afterwards, and it was evident that proper care was taken moving furniture. And all for a reasonable price. Would I use JEJ Masterclean again? Absolutely yes. And I would recommend everyone else to do so also.

From my first contact with Jim regarding an estimate for the work, through completion of the cleaning, he was very professional, friendly and informative. Jim arrived on time, explained the process, measured the floor area to obtain an exact price (which was slightly below the original ballpark estimate). He was very thorough and the results showed it. Our carpets looked like new and the stains we had were gone. Similarly the sofa which had a very bad stain, looked like new and the stain was no longer there. It is a pleasure to work with a professional that does what he says he will do. I would unequivocally recommend him.

This is the 3rd time Jim has cleaned my carpeting. Perfect as usual. Arrives on time & does a fantastic job, carpeting is spotless …. Even though I have a dog and a cat not a spot remains!

Both cleaning jobs were exceptional. Jim was prompt and very professional. His estimates were more than fair based on the quality of the work he did. When finished all the carpets looked as goodl as new. What an awesome job done. l would definitely have him come again when needed.

I called JEJ approximately 3 weeks before I needed service and he was so helpful in being flexible to arrive at 7:30 a.m. the day before I was having a wedding shower at my house. I had originally called to have my 23 year old hide a bed cleaned because with 2 dogs and a cat, it looked very dingy. The dogs lie on the upholstery every day and it had never been cleaned before. I couldn't believe the difference -- outside of a few pulled threads, it looked brand new when he was done! On a whim, I asked him if he might have a little time to clean an area rug in my living room and the exposed sections of carpeting in 2 bedrooms. He said as long as he was here, he'd be glad to help, calculated a very fair price and went to work. In just an extra 30 minutes past the first hour, everything was done. I was so pleased and will definitely use JEJ again. He was so very kind, fair, professional and did fabulous work. If you're looking for a good upholstery or carpet cleaning, look no further.

He was very good about letting me know the cost. He prepped the area and worked early and continually to get the carpets clean. He asked me to check the carpets to see if I was happy. He was able to get almost all the spots out.

We can't say enough positive things about our experience with JEJ. Jim is a delight to work with. His prices were fair and the results were excellent. Jim is polite, punctual, efficient and he treated our home with great care and respect. He moved all the furniture by himself. We asked him to do several more carpets while he was here because it was such an easy experience. We will definitely have him back.

The apartment carpet was old and so dirty that I thought we would have to replace the carpet. There were a lot of stains by the front door and the doorway from the dining room to the kitchen and other stains. So, I had him work on the stains by the doorways to see if it was worth it to clean the rest of the carpeting in the apartment. The stains came out and I had him do all of the apartment. The hall carpet is very old and had a lot of stains. He got out the stains and cleaned all the carpeting he didl far better than any other service we have used in the past. A lot of time was taken on all areas to make sure they were cleaned very well. The owner does the work personally so you are always assured of excellent service. He even cleaned two entry mats (and did not charge us extra) and got out spots that had been on them for a very long time. I will not use anyone else!

I cannot recommend JEJ Master Clean & James to highly. He is punctual. And he is totally knowledgeable at his craft. He took stains out that were there for two and three years. Oh and he is very easy to work with as well. The best contractor of any kind I have ever used!

Jim got me into the schedule quickly because I had company coming. He is very professional. The carpets look like new and he got stains out that I thought were there forever. I like the fact that he does his own work and that he has years of experience. I had a question after the fact and he got back to me immediately. I will definitely call Jim again!

I can't say enough about James. He answered the phone when I called to make the appointment. I called on a Tuesday and came out to the house 4 days later. James expertly cleaned all of our carpets which were in bad shape. Our dog ate a family size jar of vit A&D diaper ointment, which is a laxative when ingested. She had many accidents on the carpet due to the laxative effect. Ointment on carpet is very tough to get off. James managed to get all of the stains off completely. I was floored. I will absolutely use James again and recommend him to anyone. He did an outstanding job!

Jim has been our go-to carpet and upholstery cleaner for several years. He continues to provide excellent service, professionalism and great results. His steam-clean method is far better than an shampoo process and he knows his business. His truck and equipment are top-notch. He works incredibly hard to make sure you are satisfied and if there is something he doesn't think will clean up (a stain), he will be upfront and let you know. His estimates and pricing are easy to understand. He is a friendly and honest man.
