Jim does a great job cleaning our carpets, they always look amazing after his service, and he works hard to get any spots out. I have three young boys and a dog, so the carpets get a lot of traffic but Jim makes them look brand new! He’s also very organized, professional, and kind. I give my recommendation for his service without reservation!

I have used JEJ for a number of years now and I have always been satisfied with the service. There have been carpets I've considered replacing but after he cleans them I wonder why I didn't have them cleaned sooner instead. He has always been quick and efficient with minimal disruptions. I consider his rates reasonable and will continue to use JEJ Masterclean in the future.

Jim showed up promptly on time. He then walked through the house with me to review the carpeting and then went right to work. He was able to move and clean under the few pieces of furniture that were in the rooms.

I have had Jim from JEJ Masterclean clean my carpets for years now and, honestly, I wouldn’t consider trusting this job to anyone else. The pandemic interrupted my usual cleaning schedule, so I was concerned because my carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a couple of years. But Jim was able to make them look like new, as he always does. He applies a stain guard that works wonders and, I’m sure, is one reason the carpet cleaning was so successful. This year I also asked him to clean my upholstered furniture (sofas and chairs). I had the same concerns about some stains but Jim was able to remove all the stains, along with evidence of lots of use, and everything looks beautiful once again. I highly recommend Jim and JEJ Masterclean.
