I had no problem setting up an appointment to shampoo our carpeting when it was convenient for us. He was right on time, did a great job cleaning all the carpeting in the house, and deodorizing (cat oops). I would highly recommend him.

Jim returned my call promptly, and we set up an appointment. He arrived right on time, and took care of all the stains! My carpets look wonderful! when I get my carpets cleaned by Jim, I can tell that my allergies are better too. He is very professional and pleasant. I will definitely use him again.

Jim did an excellent job. Arrived at the exact time he said. Provided reasonable and competitive estimates and then worked his tail off for four hours. Asked me to look over each room after he finished one to make sure I was ok with it. And I have no idea how he got some of the stains out but whatever he did it worked, and results are fantastic. Aside from being an absolute professional, Jim is nice and honest guy. There is no one else that I would want to clean our carpets.

This was the second time I've hired Jim for his services and this experience was just as great as the first time. Jim was on time to begin, gave a full quote before started (which came in under what he quoted me on the phone!) and finished in the time he specified. The carpet looks great. Jim was great and did an excellent job upstairs and downstairs; approximately 1000 sq. ft. No more skunk odor. Not even a hint. We are very pleased. He was prompt, professional and very courteous.

Jim is the only person who does the work and he has decades of experience. Even before he arrived, he impressed me. He thoroughly explained what we could expect and how he sets his prices - which is by the square foot rather than "by room." He arrived on time and we showed him just the area that we wanted cleaned. For example: Our son's room had a stain just inside the doorway and that's all we wanted cleaned. Jim measured it at @ 12 square feet, cleaned it beautifully and that's all we paid for. The pricing might be a little higher than some, but the value is completely worth it. Jim has all his equipment - and water! - on board his truck. (No dumping in my sink or mess in the bathroom.) The most important thing are results: our carpet is truly refreshed. The very highly trafficked areas still show some wear, but that is just age. But they are cleaner than we can recall and we have no reason to replace it anymore. (Whew!) SUMMARY: Excellent service and results; 400 s.f. + 1.5 stairs at a very good price.

Far beyond my expectations! My carpet was so stained that I had planned on replacing it, but thought I'd give it a good cleaning just in case it was salvageable. I was amazed with the cleaning result. It is almost like new. I would highly recommend this service. Jim was very professional, he let me know exactly what he was going to do, he worked quickly, and the price was very reasonable.

Called Jim in the morning and got called back in the PM. Set up cleaning for following week. We have used him several times before and we are always pleased with this work and attention to details.

Jim did a great job of explaining his process, pricing, etc. up front so there were no surprises. He is a bit more expensive than some other "big names," but the difference is that he actually does a GREAT job of cleaning. He got some areas of our carpet clean that other cleaners had indicated were impossible to get the spots out of. He did a fantastic job.
