When he was done the stains were completely gone! Stains we have had for 2+ years and had over 4 different carpet cleaner companies out here to clean them- all with A+ ratings on Angie's list- Jim was the ONLY ONE who got rid of the stains, and our carpet looks brand new! We had a large black ink stain under my daughter's bed she never told us about and it sat there for 3+ years- he got most of it which no one previously could get any of it out- and since it's under the bed and really not visible-not really an issue. Overall, We are amazed and completely satisfied with the job Jim was able to do- arrived on time- friendly- professional- even brings his own water!Needed 4 bedrooms a hallway and stairs carpets cleaned, approx 600 ft There were many, many stains in the carpet, including a huge one right at top of stair and one right on bottom step. When he was done, the stains were completely gone! Jim is a real professional. He does a great job. Our carpet is at least 15 years old and w hen Jim is done it looks new. This time he also did a 8x10 expensive area rug which turned out great. Jim spots areas that need actual attention so it all looks unbelievable. We would never use anyone but Jim. He not only does a great job but he is also a great person and so easy to deal with. Fantastic!!! In fact I scheduled another cleaning for next year. My carpets are 10 years old. I was concerned that James would not be able to get out spots or bring life back to matted spots. He did amd I one happy customer!!

Fantastic! I have wall-to-wall carpeting throughout my two-story house, which Jim cleans annually. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. He's responsive, always on time, and does a wonderful job. My carpets are 13 years old and look like new. Jim is also incredibly helpful - going above and beyond to clean those hard to reach areas and working around some obstacles. Great work it turned out so well that I will not have to replace the stained carpeting on the stairs and hallway now that the stains are completely gone... that cleaning saved me a couple of thousand in replacement. He called to confirm the appoint date / time and showed up on time. I would highly recommend this service.

We've used Jim in the past, and he never disappoints. He was prompt, polite and professional. There was a tough stain on one of the cushions and Jim worked hard to get it out.

Was on time, put down tarps throughout the house and worked very quickly and efficiently, showing me how stained areas came out and asking that I confirm I was happy with each area as he finished. Carpets came out looking great! Highly recommend!!

It went very well. Jim arrived on time, as always. My carpet and chairs are now the correct colors, not grey.

Jim pre-treated all stains and steam cleaned carpets with an enzyme and chemical to counterbalance the odors. He moved all the furniture and put it back with carpet protectors under each leg. I use this company regularly as he always does an excellent job, leaving my carpet stain free and smelling nice. He uses the best products and equipment, ( truck mounted ) . Jim Is honest, reliable, and takes pride in his work.

Jim was out first thing in the morning and was able to get the whole stain out and did not change the color of the chair. Prior to coming out he gave us advise on the keep the stain from setting until he got there.

Excellent! Jim was on-time, professional, took pride in his work, and a really nice guy. We first spoke on a Saturday and he was able to do the work two days later on a Monday. His estimate was exactly what he charged. I was very happy with his work. I will definitely use him again!
