Jim is highly qualified, very professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to remove various stains. He worked extremely hard to clean carpet from previous owner and was successful in removing the stains. He also treated the clean carpet with protector.

This is the second time we’ve used Jim’s services. I wish all service providers could be like him! For this cleaning, we had renters move out after trashing the carpet with dirt and dog urine. The process was seamless from start to finish. Jim called to remind me that it was time for my annual carpet cleaning (he confirms each year that I'd like to be called). By planning in advance like that, I was able to secure the date of my choosing. Jim arrived exactly on time (as he always does) and helped me move a couple of pieces of furniture that I hadn't been able to move on my own. The water source that Jim uses comes from his truck, which turned out to be quite fortuitous since the village was flushing the fire hydrants that day and the water to my house would have had rust in it. He does a wonderful job, and my carpets look like new when he finishes (they are now 14 years old). I have found the stain repellant that Jim uses to be quite effective, as spills clean up very easily throughout the year. He does a great job of protecting my furniture and the damp carpets underneath, so nothing is harmed by the process. I honestly can't imagine using anyone other than Jim at JEJ Masterclean to clean my carpets.

I had a very tight schedule and timeline so I had to leave them with the house on their own and asked if they would lock up afterwards which they did. I was very appreciative of that because they helped me out on a very hectic day to get it done. They were very easy to work and very professional.
