JEJ Masterclean cleaned carpets in the house we've been renovating. Jim arrived early and got right to work, sanitizing and steam cleaning basement carpeting that likely hadn't been cleaned for years. His process completely cleaned the carpet, leaving it looking like new and close to dry due to his careful use of his equipment. He moved on to the living, dining and 1st floor bed/office rooms which were carpeted within the last 18 months but had suffered a lot of construction traffic over the past 8 months. Those were left as though they were newly laid and again, almost dry! His pricing was so great, his manner professional and personable, and we will never hire anyone else! The electrician working in the house while Jim was cleaning the carpets took his card and told me he plans to call him as well!

Jim’s work is consistent and top notch. My 3 year old couches look like they did the day we accepted delivery. The same for the rugs. Great guy, always on time, fair price for exceptional service.

He has been taking care of them for 7 years now (after first discovering him on Angie's List), and they continue to look like new despite the fact that they're 16 years old. At my request, Jim calls me each year with a reminder message. He is very accommodating in his scheduling, and always arrives precisely on time. Jim is careful to protect my furniture, and to put blocks underneath all the furniture to protect them and the carpet from any dampness. He is extremely competent, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home.
