No problems, except that we had to wait for glass to get cut, which took about a week in our case. It was not a big deal for us, as we did not need it done immediately.

It went fine. Took a little longer than I expected, because he has someone else cut the glass. I'd hire him again.
Description of Work: I needed a couple of windows of glass replaced one of which had blown out in a storm, other cracked.

It went great. He is very friendly and easy to work with. When the glass finally came in from the vendor he came over an installed it asap. It looks like new again.
Description of Work: Order new glass for small architectural windows that broke. It was not straight forward, but he was able to get the correct glass.

In speaking with them over the phone, they walked me through finding out the model of Anderson windows... they explained the cost of the repair in detail, sent me an email to confirm the costs... the parts had to be ordered, when they arrived they called to schedule the install... they came out on time, put down traps in front of the windows, quickly took the windows apart, removed and replaced the broken parts with the new parts... you could tell that they were experienced... they had me test the windows and then cleaned up...
Description of Work: We had 4 Anderson Windows that would not stay up when unlocked..

Work was performed as scheduled and much to my satisfaction. I already had the paint so I did the final finishing of the window. It looks beautiful now that new blinds have been installed.

Greg was professional from start to finish on this job. He was punctual, accurate in measurements and quoting, and provided a product that other contractors didn't want to deal with due to the size of the window and service issues from manufacturer. We are very pleased with the results from Greg and the installers on the job!
Description of Work: Replaced and installed three Weathershield windows (one quite large), window grilles, screens and casement sill.
