The work was done over tow visits. A return trip was needed due to additional parts I needed to purchase. Only one trip charge was was accessed. The people are very friendly and helpful; even before hiring them, I was given much advice by phone for other electrical questions and concerns which I had.

The call went from bad to worse. She was so aggressive. I hope she was the owner because if she worked for me she would be fired after that phone call. I was in the process of collecting a comparable estimate. I called to make an appt. to have an electrician look at our needs. She actually said all the same buzz statements as the last estimator. "like everyone calls us to fix their problems" "Ours our quieter because Generac sells us a different 16KW generator than they sell to your company" I never told her who that was...Hmmmm" She refused to tell me a model number so I could compare the two Generac 16KW systems yet insisted on knowing which KW unit I wanted. She never asked which model number I was referring to. I wanted to understand, what she was comparing, to be able to make these statements. Why wouldn't my supplier have the same Generac generators since he told me he was one of the top Generator sales reps. Honestly, I never expected to discuss this with the secretary.
