Did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do. Very helpful education me on what needed to be done and why.

Not very responsive-called, emailed-no response on a couple occasions. Very thorough when they came to measure and estimate job but then too busy with other job.

It took just a week between measure and installation of new glass window, removing and disposal of the broken unit, at a fair price.

There was a small defect in the original mirror. They quickly replaced the mirror. Employees handled everything in a professional manner.

I received the estimate lees than 1 hour after I put in the request. Work was done the next day on a Saturday at a very fair price.

Al was great to work with. Real laid-back and professional. Had a broken seal on a window and needed the glass replaced. Al came and looked at it. Measured the size and gave me a quote for less than I expected to pay. Glass was installed the following Saturday and the whole process took less than an hour. Will totally call again and you should call them too.

I needed to replace a patio window that was shattered from a rock thrown by the lawn mower at my daughters house in Highland Park Il. Al was prompt with his return calls and on site quote.
