+ -1 moreOverall everything was good. It took a while to get it completed, but that was due to the parts having to be ordered and not readily available. Only negative was they didn't communicate the delay very well and I had to contact them to find out what was taking so long.

Work was done professionally. I've used Abt appliance repair for over 30 years -- but no more -- Brian was more responsive, got me serviced quickly, and reasonably priced. Good job!
Description of Work: My nine year old Maytag dryer was tumbling, but not heating. Brian identified the issue as the heating coils, and replaced them.

+ -1 moreHe came out several times but he was never able to fix the problem. I used them because they were part of a home warranty. He was never able to figure out the problem. It took two or three months of coming back and getting parts before he decided he couldn't do anything. The guy was pretty nice.
