BOB JIRASEK PLASTERING SERVICE INC.

Bob responded to our request for a quote right away, and he started the job the following week. He worked fast and kept the surrounding area free of dust and debris. Except for the repaired cracks, the place looked like he was never there. Excellent work! I initially thought that Bob was a bit pricey, but we got a quality repair for the money. My guess is that he worked about 10 hours on the job, which included scaffolding, dust cover-up, materials, and clean-up. He will be our first call if more cracks need repaired.

They repaired the ceiling, and something didn't work out, so he came right back out and fixed it. He did a really good job, but he's a little hard to talk to. He does good work.

Bob returned my call promptly. He indicated he is primarily a plastering contractor, but does hang drywall from time to time. He agreed to come out to look at the project and submit a bid on a Saturday afternoon. However, he never showed nor called to explain a change in plans.

No one ever returned the call for a bid.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

WE CONTACTED JIRASEK PLASTERING TO FIX A HOLE IN THE KITCHEN CEILING. WE HAD CONTACTED OTHER COMPANIES WHO GAVE US HIGHER ESTIMATES FOR DRYWALLING THE HOLE. APPARENTLY, IT WAS A MORE CHALLENGING JOB BECAUSE WE LIVE IN AN OLDER HOME AND THERE WERE MULTIPLE CEILING LEVELS. BOB WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. HE ACTUALLY PLASTERED THE HOLE INSTEAD OF DRYWALLING AND IT LOOKS FANTASTIC. VERY SKILLED CRAFTSMAN. NOT SURE IF WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN A CHEAPER ESTIMATE, BUT HIS QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH MR. JIRASEK. HE PROMPTLY RETURNED ALL TELEPHONE CALLS, SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON INSTALLING THE CEILING AND REPAIRS. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL IN PROTECTING THE CARPETING AND WALLS, AND DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS.

THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY WITH AN ESTIMATE AND CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED. I CAN'T COMPARE THEIR PRICING TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THE OTHER COMPANY I CALLED DIDN'T RESPOND. I GAVE THE JOB TO JIRASEK, BECAUSE THEY SEEMED FAIRLY REASONABLE, AND THEY WERE SO RESPONSIVE.

BOB CAME OUT ON TIME, PROVIDED WHAT SEEMED LIKE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE, AND ALTHOUGH IT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF HIM, WE DID EVENTUALLY GET THE ESTIMATE SCHEDULED AND GET OUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T USE HIS COMPANY IS THAT WE CHOSE A COMPANY WHO COULD DO ALL THE WORK REQUIRED IN OUR KITCHEN, (DRYWALL, ELECTRICAL, ETC.).

WHEN I CALLED ON AUGUST 14, GOT MESSAGE THAT BOB WOULD BE UNAVAILABLE UNTIL AUGUST 18TH AND TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I PROMPTLY GOT A RETURN CALL ON THE 18TH, AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SETUP. BOB ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLY. JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE, AND CLEANUP WAS EXCELLENT. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, SINCE DRYWALL WORK CAN BE VERY MESSY. VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY

HE PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALLS, ARRIVED ON TIME FOR BOTH THE ESTIMATE AND WORK, THE WORK IS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN UP WAS FANTASTIC AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
