They were excellent. They were very professional, they showed up on time and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Many surprises on digging a basement against a slab, concrete work had to be redone, approach to slab too high so had to replace slab - these were the worst experiences. Positives: sub contractors excellent, especially the finishing carpenters. Overall extremely satisfied with addition.

THE QUALITY OF THE SUBS THAT BC WILLIAMS BROUGHT TO THIS JOB WAS EXCELLENT. AT A TIME WHEN THE HOUSING INDUSTRY WAS GOING STRONG AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS WERE VERY BUSY WITH BIGGER JOBS THAN OURS, HE FOUND GREAT PERSONNEL NONETHELESS. HIS PRICE WAS ABOUT THE SAME - A LITTLE HIGHER - THAN THE OTHER COMPANY I WAS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING USING, BUT THE OTHER COMPANY WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET TO THE JOB AS QUICKLY AS BC WILLIAMS COULD - DURING THE PEAK SPRING BUILDING SEASON. MY ONLY CRITICISM WAS THAT SOME OF THE DETAILS I WANTED WORKED OUT AHEAD OF TIME, SUCH AS WHAT TYPE OF DECORATIVE DETAILS (CORBELS AND TRIM BOARDS) WERE GOING TO BE INSTALLED UNDER THE NEW EAVE, WHO WAS GOING TO SUPPLY THEM, EXACTLY WHERE THEY WOULD BE PLACED AND WHAT SIZE THEY SHOULD BE (IMPORTANT DETAILS SINCE I ENDED UP SUPPLYING THEM), ETC. WEREN'T FINALLY DECIDED UNTIL THE DAY CONSTRUCTION STARTED. HOWEVER, THE END PRODUCT TURNED OUT GREAT, SO ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL!
