We had tried several other waterproofing/landscaping companies and the leaking problem we had continued. Water poured in through our window in our basement. Katelyn analyzed the situation, determined the cause and defined a solution. She worked well the town engineer. The drainage was completed the day before the big flood in Lake County. We were dry! Very happy with results. Fair pricing..,not cheap, but not the most expensive.

When she installed it she said I needed to call my internet company because the signal was weak. I've been very pleased with everything they've done.

The project went very well. The system has worked good and eliminates a lot of physical work for me. They upgraded the controller last fall and I am anxious to use it this year as needed. Wonderful people to work with and I recommend them.

Every time auto rain comes to the house to work they are on time, efficient, and very knowledgable about sprinklers and lighting. They remove their shoes at the door so as not to track in landscape material. Always professional and will alwaupys work here!

We have used this company for years. We found one of our sprinkler heads not working, so I called the office. It's nice to call a company where you don't have to first press 1 for English and so on! A person immediately answers the phone. They are very willing to work around your schedule. We have never tried another company.

Every time I have called Auto Rain the phone is answered with a friendly voice and the question of how they can help me - I really feel like a customer. When I make the appointment with Auto Rain the service technician is always on time for the appointment. The work that is done, including at times replacing sprinkler heads, is always of the highest quality, including the technician cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Auto Rain for all lawn irrigation needs.

Awesome job! It took about 5 days to get everything up and running with minimal upset to our lawn and gardens. Krista and her crew were quite responsive during each step of the process and she even trained me and my husband on how to use the system. The sprinkler system will save us a bunch of time and keep our plants looking their best. Thanks so much!

It went very well and it has done a great job with the recent dry spell. The rains stopped after the project was finished. I have run the sprinklers just about every day with just a few exceptions. There were new large plants that required lots of water. The people were very knowledgeable, experienced and professional at all times. They were very good at keeping me informed and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
