Aaron & Trecker Htg & A/c

The furnace went on Friday evening of a holiday weekend, with below 0F temperatures. Our calls were not returned. When we did get someone the tone was curt, and the person we needed to reach never called us. We decided to use a different company.

I have used this company for 12 years personally and they also maintain my Church. On this project, I dealt directly with the owner from beginning to the end of the project. He stopped by during the install and spoke with me and his workers to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Frank and Mike were the service installers, they were friendly, professional and clean. The work area was cleaned everyday after they were done for the day. I noticed a rattling in the air conditioner unit outside. Called Aaron & Trecker and they came out as scheduled. The service person went outside and looked at the air conditioner unit. He tightened about 6-8 screws on the casing and said that was the cause of the rattling. He did not do any other diagnostics or look at anything else. He was there about 5 minutes. For tightening screws he charged me $104. He charged me $69 for "diagnostics" ( I guess that's what you call tightening screws), and a $35 service call charge. I said I had a coupon for a free $35 call with any repair and he told me that if I used that it would cost me a few dollars more because he would have to change the category of the call. It took him more time to write up my bill and run my credit card than he spent on doing any "diagnostics". I am very unhappy with this company, They are a ripoff. Too bad, maybe it was just a bad technician, because they had come recommended from other people. My call was on 9/6/16 and the work order was #93108

They are very nice, arrived on time, laid tarps down to protect flooring, cleaned area of work. Highly recommend them.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. Their quote came in a few thousand dollars cheaper than other companies but we believe we got a better product and much better service. This was a complicated installation since we were upgrading the efficiency and had to vent to the outside but they made it happen.The service crew was neat, polite and professional. They always showed up exactly when scheduled and the project was completed on time and at budget.

Noticed problems with Furnace a week before it failed and had several installers out for quotes. Although not the lowest bid, we have had Aaron & Trecker out for maintenance on the old furnace and AC unit before and liked their work and service, so we felt comfortable with giving them the job. We awoke Tuesday morning to a broken furnace and I called to have them come out look to check on the furnace. After confirming the furnace had failed, they were able to install it the next day. It took them all day to replace the Furnace & AC units, run a new 65' set line and set up the controller. The system has been running for several days now and we already see a great difference in air & temperature quality, we couldn't be happier with the new systems performance!

Very personable and knowledge tech. He solved and corrected the problem within the time of the service. While very helpful in boiler education, he was all business. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

The work went very well. The team was very professional and clean in their work. They coordinated well with other trades. The project was completed on schedule with no surprises.

I called them in the am of 12/23 w/ the issue of a furnace not responding to/connecting with the thermostat. The lady that took my call in the office was helpful and assured me a tech would take care of my problem the same day. Within an hr, she called again to inform me a tech was on his way. The tech, Mike, was personable and professional throughout the entire visit. He diligently checked both, the furnace and the thermostat, diagnosed the problem, and presented, w/o pressuring me into getting the most expensive one, the 3 models of thermostats he had with him. The final job looked perfect, and he stayed until he was sure everything was working as it should. There is only one not so positive comment (I want those w/ less money than I to know) ... although I am perfectly ok w/ paying for someone's knowledge and expertise, and paying a reasonable mark up for parts (businesses buy these in advance and have them right there w/ them), the final price on the thermostat seamed a little too high (vs Lowes'). Then again, I did not call other business to compare quotes. That said, I would call A&T again and give them by business without reservation. Trust on a job well done is much more important than saving a few dollars here and there. It was an overall good experience.

The service technicians showed up promptly, they were considerate of my property both inside and out. They explained the job and went to work. They worked efficiently.

They were excellent and I give them an A+. Our furnace went out and they were out to replace it the very next day. It was an outstanding service experience.

Service men arrived at the specified time. They gave me an approximate finish time and they were done by that time. They cleaned up, showed me how to work the thermostat (even waited for my daughter and showed her) and left. I have been using AAron and Trecker for many years and I'm extremely happy with all work performed!

Frank did a great job servicing our A/C unit in May. We need to keep our house cool for our daughter's medical condition and Frank was very helpful in making our unit run more efficient. He was professional, provided terrific customer service and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Aaron and Trecker came out for a service call on Friday, Aug. 23rd. Correctly appraised the problem causing our A/C to fail. Accurately diagnosed the problem and came up with correct solution of replacing the condenser. Our A/C unit was original. It was 22 years old. I trust Aaron and Trecker implicitly and have recommended them to many friends and family.

They did the annual cleaning of furnace - in and out in under 30 minutes.

I liked everything about them. I've been using them on and off for 20 years just to clean my furnace because they had installed it 20 years ago, so I have used them over a long period of time. I didn't get an estimate from anyone else because they were the guys who took care of my furnace over the years, so I just went with them. The guys cleaned up great and answered my questions terrifically. Loyalty goes a long way.

Our old furnace had stopped working. We called a couple different HVAC companies in the area. Once of the companies we called was Aarons & Trecker. They came out same day and did a quick diagnostic on the old unit and confirmed what others had already diagnosed. They gave us a quote at the same time on the same day. We scheduled the service for a couple of days later for work to begin at 8:00 AM. The workers showed up at 8:00 AM promptly and had the complete job done by 2:00 PM that same day. They were very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Aarons and Trecker to anyone seeking HVAC service or repair.
