+ 1 moreMark was very nice & thorough when he came out to bid the job. However, the entire process took 4 months, partly due to our vacation (2 weeks), but mostly due to different crews not showing up when scheduled. Some of the new fascia board was the wrong size & had to be replaced, too. Three separate crews did the job--none had a person on site that could speak English well so it was difficult to communicate at times. There seemed to be a lack of follow-up from the main office, particularly regarding the measurements for the siding. The other work was completed just after Labor Day while the siding took until after Thanksgiving. In the end, everything was done correctly, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Description of Work: Tear off old roof, install new roof, replace rotted fascia board, install new gutters & downspout, replace rotted siding on dormers with Hardiplank siding. They were competitive on price & Mark assured me that they could do the best job for me.
