+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS TO ME VERY CLEARLY, AND PERFORMED THE WORK AS QUICKLY AS HE COULD, GIVEN THE NEED FOR PARTS TO BE DELIVERED FROM THE SHOP, AND ON THE SECOND DAY DELIVERED FROM A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR. I SAVED $2,000 BY HAVING THE FURNACE FIXED, INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT AS SEVERAL SALESMEN FROM OTHER HVAC COMPANIES WANTED ME TO DO. MY TECHNICIAN, CLEM, WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN HAD TO DIAGNOSE THE SYMPTOMS OF MY ELECTRIC FURNACE, WHICH WAS PRODUCING VERY LITTLE HEAT IN MY CONDO APARTMENT.
